I was on the Jersey Turnpike on **** and I used the ez pazz lane and it didn't recognize my ez pass transponder. The new Jersey Turnpike Authority sent me a violation notice and I disputed the violation, and they said if you have valid transponder account they would charge the account for the $*.** dollar charge and I have been checking my ez pass account and nothing has been taken out of my account. The transponder account is ******* and I contacted the ez pass office in Massachusetts and they said the account in valid and has money in it. What can I do and they want to charge me a $** dollar administration fee - my email address is *****@***.com
