I am trying to reset my password because I've been told it's incorrect or has expired. After giving my email address I have waited several days but have received no emails about what I can do. The same has occurred when trying to get help from the ea website. It doesn't seem to be an issue with the email address itself as I have received confirmation links from elsewhere, but could you please send a copy of the response to *****@***.com just in case.
GetHuman-charzbei did not yet indicate what Electronic Arts should do to make this right.

Contacted ea's online chat. Despite it saying a ** minute wait, it only took about * to get through. I think I was talking to a bot in the beginning but then it seemed to switch to a person. Followed through with the steps. Tbeu deactivated and reactivated my account and I was able to receive the reset emails. They talked me through to set up * step verification and everything works fine now. Overall the process took about **-** minutes just because of the first guys response times but things got sorted and there haven't been any more issues.
