I subscribed to EA Play to try BF2042. While on the $4.99 monthly EA Play subscription, I downloaded BFV which I already owned and tried both BF2042 and BFV trials. I decided to purchase BF2042 so I canceled my membership. After canceling, I downloaded BF2042 and BFV again. BF2042 works fine, but BFV won't launch properly. It tries to load for about 7 seconds then goes back to Origin or the EA app. I've uninstalled BFV, EA app, and Origin multiple times, but the issue persists. Online support hasn't been helpful. I think there might be something blocking the launch on your end, possibly related to my previous EA Play membership causing it to not recognize that I own the game. Please assist me with this issue.

I am in need of the 64-bit version of Sims 3 to play on my M1 iMac. Despite what EA's posts suggest about the game appearing in my library automatically, it did not. After reaching out on social media platforms and creating a help ticket (#[redacted]26) three weeks ago, I have yet to receive a response. I recently purchased a new Sims 3 starter pack, but still no game has shown up. I have existing DLC and content from The Sims 3 Store and wonder if I need to repurchase them for the new version. According to EA, all previous packs and purchases will carry over, and I just need to download them through Origin. I look forward to the release of The Sims 3 64-bit & Metal version on October 28 as announced by EA. Thank you, and I am eager to start playing soon!

Hello, I recently purchased Battlefield 4 premium edition a few days ago. However, after downloading it on my PC, I have encountered an issue where I can only join two servers and am restricted to playing Conquest Large game mode. When attempting to join other game modes like Team Deathmatch, I get stuck on a "joining server" message and eventually receive a "lost connection" error despite having a good internet connection with no lag when on the two available servers. I cherish this game and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter so I can enjoy all game modes. Thank you for your help. Best, G.T.

After losing my physical copy of Battlefront 2, I decided to purchase it online for my PS4. Upon opening the game, I faced an issue with expired login credentials and attempted to reset my password via the QR code displayed on screen. Despite resetting, the problem persisted. I have been unable to find a solution or others experiencing the same issue. Additionally, a message prompts me to link an EA account for online features, even though I already have one, showing error code 4,[redacted]. All I wish for is to enjoy playing my game online hassle-free.

I have been a loyal POGO customer for many years. In mid-[redacted], I switched from a monthly to a quarterly payment plan of $16.23 per quarter. However, since then, I have noticed that I am being charged $16.23 every month, and even got double-charged once. I do not believe these extra charges are related to any in-game purchases as I have been careful with that. I am frustrated with companies making excuses to avoid refunds. I have friends who have faced similar issues. I am requesting reimbursement for the incorrect charges, minus any legitimate fees I owe. I just want to be refunded what is fair and owed to me. I used the companion app about 2 and a half weeks ago and the next morning, I discovered my transfer market access had been blocked on the app. It has been like this for 2 weeks now. I am unsure what led to this sudden block as I was not given any prior warning. It feels unfair to be restricted without knowing what I did wrong.

I am submitting another ticket since I have not received an email regarding the second ban I received from June 27, [redacted], to July 1, [redacted], to my email at [redacted] Previously, my EA account was hacked, leading to my initial ban, which you resolved, but unfortunately, I lost access to Star Wars The Old Republic MMO. Now, facing another ban on my EA account, I need assistance. I am providing images of the Dragon Age games I purchased, along with two forms of ID proving my residency and work location in New Hampshire. Additionally, I will submit a photo of recent game purchases. I am eager to resolve these issues promptly to enjoy all my games and regain access to Star Wars The Old Republic MMO. On 7/13/22, I received an email regarding the hacking and ban of my EA Account, leaving me unable to log in. Despite having access to my email [redacted] and confirming it during the password recovery process, I keep encountering messages stating my EA Account cannot be found. I have submitted evidence of this issue. Kindly reinstate my email as the username and provide a link to reset my password at [redacted] I hope to regain access soon to enjoy my games without further disruptions.

I recently bought the PS4 game Madden 22 and encountered various issues. After winning a game, the system resets my stats and counts it as a loss. In the playoffs, I'm unable to progress as I receive a loss in the divisional round, even if I win with a shutout. Moreover, the game limits my use of certain starters beyond the first quarter, irrespective of my lineup adjustments. When I tried to return the game to the store, they mentioned I could only exchange it for the same game. After researching online, I discovered that many Madden 22 users are facing similar problems. I feel misled about the game's reliability and believe I've been taken advantage of. - D.S.

Hello, I am inquiring about my account ban that seems to have occurred a while back. I uninstalled this game from my phone over two years ago and was surprised to find out I was banned with no explanation. I believe the ban stemmed from supposed repeated incidents, which I have no knowledge of. This situation is distressing since I have been an active player from the beginning, and losing access means losing a significant investment in terms of time and money. Despite reaching out to lucifersdaddy and Leviathan previously, I did not receive any replies. I am having trouble accessing my Origin account due to using an extremely old email that I no longer have the password for, and I did not set up two-factor authentication. Even though I know my username and password, I am now being asked for a verification code, which I can't obtain due to the outdated email password. I am frustrated because I don't want to repurchase my expensive games, especially The Sims, because of this issue that I did not consent to, regarding two-factor authentication being added to my account. If there is no solution to this problem, I will be very upset.

I received a ban for alleged hate speech and hateful conduct, which I find unfair. I was banned for typing "niggus" with spaces in a solo lobby, even though it was not directed at anyone. The rule cited from Ea's TOS (under #6) refers to actions towards other players, which was not the case as I was alone and no one else saw it. I have attempted to dispute the ban eight times without success, feeling unheard. My friends believe my race may have played a part in the ban, but I fail to see the relevance. I am reaching out for assistance as I am confused and frustrated by the situation.

My Madden 23 account got banned on October 18, [redacted]. Despite my efforts with EA Help via email, I have been unable to resolve the issue. They claim I violated the user agreement by purchasing farm coins, which I don't fully understand. I am a 46-year-old long-time Madden player. I have decided to create a new account and start fresh due to the ban. In my recent emails, I have not requested them to lift the ban but rather asked for clarification on how this situation occurred and for details on the alleged coin purchases. Unfortunately, I keep receiving generic responses and feel unjustly treated. As a loyal customer who spends around $2,[redacted] annually on EA games, I believe I am entitled to a clear explanation from them.

I had a frustrating experience in an Apex match where I accidentally used inappropriate language towards my teammates without realizing my microphone was on. I had my speakers on instead of my headphones, causing my outburst to be picked up by the game settings. I am concerned about the potential repercussions and wonder how long a ban might last. I am hopeful for a chance to rectify this mistake.

I received Madden 23 as a Christmas gift. After downloading it, I encountered an issue when trying to access my ultimate team mode (MUT). The message states that the servers cannot process my request at the moment, advising me to try again later. Strangely, the game works fine on a different account, allowing access to all modes except for MUT on my account. I am eager to resolve this matter so that I can fully enjoy the game I purchased by being able to play the ultimate team mode.

I recently tried to link my old Xbox account, which I haven't used in years, to my new Xbox account to access Game Pass. However, I found out that EA only allows one Xbox account to be linked for a lifetime. I prefer not to create a new EA account and switch between the two accounts just to play games. Many users have likely faced a similar situation where they no longer have access to their old Xbox accounts but want to link a new one. Is there any way to link my new account without encountering this restriction? Thank you for any assistance.

Since the two patches were uploaded in January, I have experienced severe lag issues while trying to play my game on my PS4. I am unable to enjoy my gaming experience, and I would like to have the patches removed. It would have been beneficial if the patches had actually addressed the existing problems or provided some free content. Unfortunately, I cannot even play the game now, which is an important coping mechanism for me as I am disabled. Prior to the patches, I already struggled with playing the game, and I would have appreciated the option to review and accept the uploads before they were installed on my device. I have not been able to play since January 31, [redacted], and on February 1, [redacted], I encountered issues with saving the game. This situation is disheartening for me as my games serve as a form of therapy and distraction during difficult times. I am disappointed that the contact numbers provided are unresponsive and that one of them seemed to be soliciting medical devices based on my age.

I unintentionally defeated another player in a video game, resulting in a ban. I am attempting to contact someone for a direct discussion instead of exchanging emails. I aspire to pursue a career in gaming and competitive gameplay as I have reached a high skill level. The ban was unexpected, and I am unfamiliar with the player I defeated. Many players have been wrongfully banned by the anti-cheat system recently. I am requesting an opportunity to demonstrate my gameplay live and have a conversation with the relevant party. I am contemplating legal options.

I experienced an issue with uploading my keepers on the Tap Sports Baseball 23 game. Despite attempting multiple times, I was unable to select my 4th keeper. When I contacted customer service to request a switch, I was informed that it was not allowed, even though it seemed to be an EA problem. Unfortunately, they did not rectify the situation. Despite being a long-time supporter of the game and making significant purchases, I feel undervalued. I have decided to withhold further spending on the game until this matter is resolved. I expected better treatment as a VIP customer, considering my loyalty over the years.

I purchased The Sims 4 Expansion pack, Growing Together, on the release day and I should have received the 3 bonus content items available for early orders. I contacted customer service, and I was informed that they are working on adding this content to all customers gradually. However, it is nearing May, and I have yet to receive my bonus content. When I was younger, I used my dad's email to create my EA account without realizing the implications. Unfortunately, my dad has since passed away, and I am unable to access his email to reset my password. When reaching out to EA for assistance, they request obscure details like my old IP address, which feels unreasonable. I have various ways to verify my connection to my father and the account, but the live chat support provided by EA is limited to asking these specific questions. I am at a loss for what to do next to regain access to my account.
