Purchased V*** scanner, but after limited use it malfunctioned. Contacted support* replacement unit shipped and received quickly. Original is ready to return. I was told that Epson would pay for return, but there is no Return Authorization in the package with the replacement scanner, neither in the box nor in the shipping document envelope on the side. Do not have contact number but the original scanner (V***) is LTYW****** and the replacement unit is LTYW******, received on *********. Your shipment date was *********. William Schmelzer, **** E Songbird Lane, San Antonio TX *****, email: *****@***.com, phone: ***-***-****, cell: ***-***-****. Attempted contact on ******* but you are closed due to Covid. Request instructions ASAP to avoid trouble with *-day return policy. If you are to pay return freight please email RA as soon as possible - the box is taking up space in my little office!
