I have used an Epson WF-[redacted] printer for about 2 years without any issues until recently when printing photos. When I choose a photo for printing and select the settings, the printer starts the process but only prints a strip of the photo with a blank space before printing the rest of the picture. I would appreciate any assistance. - Bob S. Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted].

I am experiencing ongoing issues with my Epson WorkForce Pro WF-[redacted] printer. This is my third attempt to reach out for assistance. I have consistently faced challenges with this printer since I purchased it. Despite changing the ink cartridges three times, the printer consistently shows them as empty immediately after installation, even without printing. The total number of pages printed is minimal, yet the frustration continues. I have verified that there is no ink leakage. Despite being out of warranty, the malfunctioning printer remains a source of disappointment. Your focus may not be on individual opinions like mine, but the unsatisfactory performance of this printer needs to be acknowledged.

The printers lack sufficient paper feed ports for envelopes being fed 'flap first', so I had to purchase the Workforce Pro to access the needed features. As installation CDs are no longer included and with no internet in my office, I ordered a CD only to face a major issue when it tried to access non-existent internet to download drivers, a significant problem. Furthermore, due to my lack of internet and cataracts, I am unable to download and read a PDF manual. To address this, I had to transfer the CD contents to a folder with downloaded drivers from home to create my own installation CD for the printer setup. Since I cannot read the User Manual on my computer due to glare from cataracts, I need written permission from Epson to have the User Guide professionally printed and bound by a printing service for easier reading. Having difficulty setting the printer to print 'landscape', I am seeking guidance on how to instruct the printer to print in this format. Despite contacting support previously for help positioning envelopes, I am still facing challenges with printing landscape. I am awaiting legal permission from Epson to have the User Guide professionally printed and shipped for my use and understanding. Best regards, CSGreen, proud owner of a Workforce WF-C5710

My order, #US[redacted]56 for Epson yellow ink [redacted] for Ecotank [redacted], was delivered by FedEx on Saturday, June 26, [redacted], at 1:50 p.m. However, despite being home all day in a retirement building with 60 apartments, the package was left at the front door without anyone buzzing my apartment. I am 72 years old, disabled, and always home, so I reached out to FedEx regarding the issue. Their response was to contact the seller, which I find puzzling as you are the ones who dispatched the item. Although it's not a significant amount, losing $13 and not receiving the ink is disappointing for someone on a fixed income like myself. I am following their advice, but I am unsure of the next steps. Should I contact FedEx directly, or is there a better course of action to resolve this? Your guidance and assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. - M.J., Whitewater, WI

I really appreciated my printer as it had been working perfectly. However, lately, I've been experiencing issues with getting colored pictures. When I try to print in color, all I get are blue and grey images. I have attempted to clean the print head and nozzle, and I have also ensured that the printer is updated. I am in urgent need of a solution as I need to print colored photos for my late husband's Celebration of Life. My printer is an ET-[redacted] connected to my computer. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased an Epson EcoTank [redacted] printer a few weeks ago, making it the third Epson printer I've owned. I've been using the [redacted] for about three weeks now and really prefer it over the EcoTank [redacted] or [redacted]. I am impressed with its display and printing quality. However, after using it flawlessly for the past week, it suddenly displayed a message this morning indicating that the ink pads are close to the end of their service life. I'm surprised that this issue is happening so soon, as it happened with my previous EcoTank [redacted] printer after about [redacted] photos. Despite my disappointment, I've found solace in printing as a hobby since losing my brother to an overdose in [redacted]. Epson printers have been instrumental in helping me cope with my grief and have even introduced me to the world of silhouette and Cricut crafting. Can anyone provide assistance with my new Epson EcoTank [redacted] printer displaying this ink pad error after only three weeks of use? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you - Heather

I bought an Epson ET-[redacted] a few weeks ago intending to set it up wirelessly with my Dell laptop running Windows 10. Despite using the provided installation disk, I keep encountering a spooler error. I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer but had no luck. I then switched back to my old Epson XP-[redacted] which works fine. However, when I attempt to set up the new Epson ET-[redacted], I still face the same spooler error. I've tried online solutions without success for the last two weeks. I have urgent documents to print in the next few days, and my old printer is not reliable anymore. I really need to resolve this issue promptly. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Sandi Lee

I purchased a WF [redacted] last year that only worked for about 2 months before becoming unusable. Fortunately, the company replaced it with a brand new WF7710 two to three months ago. Due to health issues, I couldn't set it up until now. Unfortunately, the replacement printer has not been printing properly despite numerous attempts. I have used up most of the ink trying to clean the print heads without success. I am very disappointed with the printer's performance and have decided to request a refund instead of a new unit. I plan to invest in a more reliable Epson printer for my t-shirt graphics business, as I have been using Epson printers for over 20 years.

My spouse has an Epson [redacted] printer set up as a secondary device, mostly for backup purposes. Her main printer/scanner is an HP multi-function printer (model number unknown). Since upgrading to a new Windows 10 computer, both printers are functioning properly. But when she tries to scan from the HP printer, Windows prompts her to choose a scanner rather than defaulting to the HP. While I find this acceptable, she wants to know if there is a way to prevent the Epson option from appearing since she never uses it for scanning. I have attempted to deactivate the Epson's component services and the remote scanning service in the printer settings, but without success. I prefer not to uninstall the Epson printer entirely, just to disable its scanning function. Is there a solution to this issue? Thank you, Gerald.

Hello, I have been facing recurring issues with the #[redacted] Epson ink cartridges for several months now. I consistently receive low ink alerts on new Color cartridges shortly after installing them, despite primarily using the new Black ink. As my XP [redacted] requires all ink slots to be filled to print, I end up replacing cartridges prematurely, leading to substantial additional costs. Epson's refusal to function with third-party ink alternatives and the sudden ink depletion coinciding with mandatory firmware updates have made the situation even more frustrating and costly. The constant need to purchase unnecessary ink is impacting me financially, especially during these challenging times of the Pandemic. I have acquired Epson cartridges from different retailers like Amazon, Staples, Walmart, and Office Depot, all resulting in the same issues. I sincerely hope for a resolution to this problem, considering the financial strain it is causing. I believe I am not alone in experiencing these difficulties and look forward to a prompt response from Epson. Thank you.

After returning the ES [redacted] II, I purchased and set up the Epson RR-600w Scanner. Unfortunately, I encountered issues as it doesn't connect with our accounting software or the Neat Software. The SmartScan program indicates that there's no available printer driver, preventing any workaround. When attempting to print from the Select Action screen, an error message prompts to reinstall the printer driver, which is unavailable on the website for download. I urgently need Epson to address this by tomorrow, Tuesday. They must either establish connectivity with the Neat Software or resolve the printer button issue on SmartScan. If a solution is not provided promptly, I'll have to consider switching to a different scanner brand.

I own a WF-[redacted] printer scanner, and I'm currently using Mac OS 12.0.1. The printer is connected wirelessly to the network, while the computer is connected via LAN. Printing works fine, but suddenly today, I'm unable to scan. The scanning process begins but gets stuck, requiring force quitting. I also attempted to use Image Capture, but encountered the same issue. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer and Epson 2 scanner software, but the problem persists. Printing continues to work without any problems. I'm seeking assistance to resolve this scanning issue.

I have an EPSON SC-P700 printer with serial number #X7X[redacted] connected to a 4-year-old iMac Big Sur. The printer, purchased from Epson about two years ago, is currently not working. Upon receiving an error message instructing me to turn the printer off and on, I followed the instructions but the issue persists. The computer's print screen is also displaying an error message "OTHER." As advised, I will need to contact an EPSON representative for further assistance with resolving this issue.

My Epson Workforce [redacted] is not printing. I recently installed a new router, and the printer is not recognizing the Sagemcom router. Although the printer shows as connected to the internet, when I try to print, I get an error message saying "printer offline." Upon checking the settings, an error message stated "router/access point conflict has been detected." I contacted my internet service provider, and after they checked the connections, they suggested reaching out to Epson for assistance. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

I bought an Epson WF-[redacted] (Model # C6148; Serial # *X6AZ406798*) on June 10, [redacted]. It was working perfectly until recently. Although I changed the ink cartridges and everything seems fine, the printer suddenly stopped printing black ink. I checked the ink levels, ran a test page from the maintenance tab, and cleaned the headers and nozzles multiple times, but the issue persists. While the colors show up on the test page, they won't print at any other time. I believe the printer needs to be replaced or repaired promptly. I rely on it for my work and would appreciate a quick resolution. Thank you.

We own an Epson [redacted] printer that we mainly use for printing color photographs in 4x6 inch format from casette 1 and for letters from casette 2. We have set up the paper size and ink preferences in casette 1 to Epson Ultra Premium Glossy for high-quality photo prints. However, when we try to print from casette 2 using standard paper and ink settings, the printer still indicates it's using Ultra Premium Glossy paper and prints very slowly as if it's processing a photo. We have tried adjusting the settings in the devices application on our computer to no avail. How can we resolve this issue and get the printer to use standard paper and print quality from casette 2 as intended?

My Epson Stylus NX105 printer is having issues printing documents with light colors and lines/gaps. After running a Print Head nozzle check and cleaning, the problem persists. While the ink light isn't on, I suspect the ink may be old. I purchased new ink cartridges but can't replace them because the cartridges won't come out without the ink light on. I tried checking ink levels on my Windows 10 laptop, but couldn't find the option in printer properties/preferences. I'm unsure what else to do as I can't confirm ink levels, can't replace the cartridges, and the print quality remains poor. Appreciate any assistance.

I own an Epson ET-[redacted] printer connected wirelessly to my router. It functions well with my iPhone using the Epson iPrint app and on my MacBook with a downloaded driver. Now, using an Asus C434T Chromebook as my MacBook is under repair, I've connected the laptop to the Wi-Fi and installed the Epson iPrint app. Although the app can detect the printer wirelessly and accepted the password from the printed network pages, it shows as connected briefly before displaying an error message saying "connection failed." I attempted to connect through the router with no success and also via the printer's IP address without any luck. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently received my Epson Expression Photo XP-[redacted] Printer on February 10, [redacted]. Upon visiting your site, I noticed that my printer model is not listed, and when I input the printer information, no results appear. I was thrilled to purchase an Epson printer for printing on my DVD's, but I am experiencing difficulties with the CD Printer software. While there are navigation issues, I can manage that aspect. My main concern lies in utilizing Cyberlink PhotoDirector to remove backgrounds from pictures. With my previous Brother printer and the NewSoft CD Labeler software, I could seamlessly place background-free images on my DVDs. However, with my new Epson printer, the background remains visible. Despite these challenges, I am enthusiastic about my Epson Printer and its exceptional quality. I am hopeful that a solution can be found for this issue. Thank you for your time and support. Best regards, - J.A.

I purchased ink from the Epson store with expedited shipping, but it arrived a week late and was the incorrect product. Despite sending multiple photos of the wrong item and proof of my order, they are claiming they never received it. I have a copy of my order: #US[redacted]70. As a graduate student on a tight budget, I had to spend extra time and money getting replacement ink, resulting in lost points on an assignment. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted] as this situation has been frustrating and costly for me. I hope Epson can resolve this and return the funds promptly.
