Trying to access my Etsy shops' dashboard via the shop manager icon. ... Hi,*I came across an issue with my Etsy shops about a week ago. For some reason I'm NOT able to access my shops' dashboard when I click on the shop manager icon. When I click on the shop manager icon it takes me to a totally unrelated page that has to do with setting up a new Etsy shop. I've no idea why this is happening but I did open another Etsy shop about a week ago, but I doubt that's what caused the issue as I was able to access the dashboard after opening another shop. The names of my two stores are as follows: CatFinesse (older store) and PureCraftsDeals (New Store). **I sent an email to Etsy support over a week ago and I've yet to get an answer from them, which is VERY frustrating! Meanwhile I can't do a **** thing with my shops since I can't access the dashboard page! I'd like for Etsy to respond to my email and fix my issue ASAP! **Thanks!*G.M
This issue has been VERY stressful and super frustrating because without access to the shops' dashboard and can't do a **** thing with my shops! What's made it all the more difficult is the fact that Etsy has VERY poor customer service! It's been over a week since I emailed them about this issue and I've yet to hear from anyone! Of course it doesn't help that Etsy DOES NOT provide a tech support number nor do they have live chat on their website. Instead you're forced to just email them for issues. The only way you get to speak to a live person is by requesting that Etsy call you, but that's depending on the issue you're having. For my issue only the email option came up! I've had it with Etsy's lack of any options for contacting them in real time with a LIVE person!
First of all, I want Etsy to acknowledge the email I sent them over week ago explaining my issue. Secondly, I want them to fix my issue ASAP! I think it's ridiculous that Etsy states that support typically replies within *-* days, yet my issue hasn't been replied to in over a week!
I've been a seller on Etsy since February of ****, so just * months. I've had other issue with Etsy within that time frame but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and stuck around! But this latest issue has me considering to go elsewhere to sell my handmade crafts!
I tried using the "get answer" chat with an expert but they wanted to charge me $** for their service, so I didn't follow thru with it.
