Hello, I am a seller on Etsy. My name is D. Gayathri Chowdary, and I am seeking assistance regarding an issue with the help center at Etsy. They promised me a large sum of money and various products like gold jewelry, pure silver pooja items, spices, and soaps, but they have not fulfilled their promises. Despite their reassurances and delays, nothing has been provided. I am reaching out for your help to resolve this matter and receive the promised items as it is affecting my shop. Specifically, I am looking for pure 22k yellow gold jewelry, natural soaps, silver items in silver, brass, and copper, as well as fresh spices. I received a gift from Iona Gift Store and have been trying to find a contact number to call and discover who ordered this gift for me. I noticed that the name that keeps coming up is Etsy. I'm curious if there is a way to find out who placed the order for the personalized retirement coffee mug I received. The USPS tracking number for the package is 9[redacted] 0[redacted] [redacted] 85. I would appreciate it if you could please advise me on who ordered this gift for me since there was no indication inside the package revealing the sender's identity.

Dear Etsy, I am experiencing difficulties posting new products for the upcoming Mother's Day Special on my shop, Olalla Rocky Road, and it seems that even our POD partner is facing the same issue. The website was functioning properly when I accessed it to deactivate some items and post new products for Mother's Day. However, now it appears to be on hold, preventing us from accessing the help center or continuing our business operations. We are unsure if this is related to a rumored strike, but we are not involved in any such activities. We are eager to resolve this issue and would appreciate any assistance you can provide. My account was hacked, and unauthorized charges were made before it was closed. The bank advised filing a fraud claim, as the packages were delivered according to the tracking information. Etsy conducted a brief investigation into the matter. The USPS confirmed the packages were sent to a different address, which supports my claim of not ordering or receiving them. This situation potentially involves mail fraud and stolen funds from my account. I am proceeding with filing claim papers with the USPS to recover the stolen money.

I am experiencing issues with my recent order. My order, Order #[redacted] from DansBoomerang, shipped on the 14th from Jennings, Louisiana, but the item has not arrived and was last tracked in Baton Rouge. After contacting the seller, they mentioned a Postal problem as they used Parcel Select Ground, insisting I check with USPS myself. When I requested the seller to handle the inquiry on their end due to them being the sender, they mentioned they would be away until May 10th. Given the delays and my purchase of a similar item elsewhere, I asked to cancel the order. Subsequently, the seller requested a rating, to which I provided 1 Star, resulting in tension as they claimed shipping issues were beyond their control and threatened to file a claim. I am unsure about the claim's progress as the seller is absent until May 10th.

On April 19, [redacted], I reached out to the seller on Etsy regarding Order # [redacted], as I couldn't track the package through the DHL tracking provided. The expected delivery is between April 22 and May 9, [redacted], and I wanted to know the current whereabouts of the package. The seller responded on April 20, [redacted], explaining that the package was not shipped via DHL but through postal service without a traceable tracking number. They included some tracking information and mentioned it could take 3-4 weeks to arrive, reassuring me it should be delivered by May 9, [redacted]. On May 4, [redacted], I contacted the seller again, expressing concern about not receiving any delivery updates and the inability to track the package with the given DHL number. I requested the correct tracking information and a commitment to deliver by May 9, [redacted], or else I would request a refund due to the lack of transparency. It's been over a month, and the uncertainty has led me to doubt the reliability of the company.

I recently received a notice stating that my listed painting violated a counterfeit policy due to referencing the designer brand, Dior, in the title. I had simply mentioned "Dior style" to indicate the fashion inspiration for the painted garment, not to suggest it was a Dior product. The description clearly stated I painted and signed the artwork, with a photo of my signature included. To address this, I have relisted the painting without using the name "Dior" and removed the Dior tag. I didn't realize referencing a fashion style could be seen as infringement and apologize for any confusion. I kindly request the payment reserve on my account be lifted. Hello, I’m a seller in the United Kingdom specializing in art and vintage items sold on platforms like Etsy.com and eBay. I recently registered on the LUCID website in Germany to comply with their new parcel law. However, I encountered some issues on the first page of the process: 1. Even though I entered my British VAT number correctly and confirmed it, the system indicated it was not a valid European VAT number, which is confusing as it has been my correct number for years. 2. When I entered my British National Insurance number, a mandatory field called “Authority” left me puzzled. I need clarification on what this field requires as there was no explanation provided. 3. Additionally, the system rejected my email address for recovery purposes and asked for an alternate one, but I only have one email address which I use for recovery everywhere online. There wasn't an option to use a mobile number for recovery, and providing details of another person for recovery isn't feasible for me. Order No. [redacted]. This order was placed with Sassy Sweet Tea on the 19th of April [redacted]. Despite the provided tracking information showing delivery on the 6th of May [redacted], I did not receive the package. Upon reaching out to Etsy and Sassy Sweet Tea, I received a blurry photo of a parcel in an enclosed front porch, which I do not have. I tried to get more details from Sassy Sweet Tea without success. I discovered through the UK postal service tracking (No. [redacted]0091B497210) that the parcel was returned to their depot and sent to Etsy UK with an incorrect address. I am requesting the item to be resent to my correct address at 5 Keyston Road, Fairwater, Cardiff, CF5 3ND, UK, for the initial price of £19.90 plus postage. I would like the overcharged amount of £42.73 refunded. I am also wondering why Sassy Sweet Tea is no longer on your website. Unfortunately, my confidence in your customer support is low, making me hesitant to use your services in the future.

I made a purchase on April 29. I was told it would be sent out by May 6. Not receiving my package, I contacted FED EX for help tracing it. After being advised to contact the seller, I reached out but received no response. Admin Karen instructed the seller on steps to resolve the issue within 24-48 hours or issue a refund. Despite the timeline passing, I haven't received my package. My case has been opened and closed multiple times. The latest closure by Ryan alleged I filed a dispute, which I proved incorrect. Despite promises of a higher admin contacting me, I remain unresolved. Fed Ex acknowledged the error in delivery status and provided a case number for the seller to dispute, which they failed to do. As a result, I had to file my dispute, yet a week later, I am still without my $[redacted].01 purchase.

I'm experiencing difficulties uploading items to my account. After attempting to upload more pictures, I can't locate the area code. The account in question is under the name KandL07. Initially, my friend set up the account for me to sell my paintings. The first upload went smoothly. However, when my friend tried to add four more, they couldn't input the area code, halting the process. I've been troubleshooting this issue to continue uploading the remaining four paintings to Etsy, with three to four more in line. If the problem persists, I plan to start selling wood burnings. I just need guidance on resolving this matter. My friend is in Colorado, whereas I'm in Tennessee with the paintings prepared for Etsy. As I plan to relocate to Colorado, it's crucial to have these paintings up for sale. The roadblock seems to be the missing area code during the upload process. I'm unsure if my friend overlooked a step or if there is a technical glitch that needs addressing.

I am disappointed to find that the shops listed, like MILABERT and SilkenRugsDecor, do not actually tan or design the sheepskin products they sell. It is disheartening for genuine makers and hardworking tanneries. In my own Etsy shop, AngusOliverDesign, I carefully follow Etsy's policies to support authentic handmade items. It is crucial for the integrity of the platform that only actual tanneries offer whole sheepskin and cowhide rugs. I urge Etsy to address this issue seriously to protect artisans struggling during these economic challenges. Individuals seeking a quick profit should consider other platforms. The purpose of this purchase was to address health concerns for a family member with long-standing bronchitis and COPD, while also enhancing the display of our birds. After being notified of the delivery date by Etsy approximately three weeks post-order, the package did not arrive as scheduled. Following a week of waiting, we reached out to Etsy for assistance. They directed us to the merchant, Acrylic Habitats, whose manager assured us of the impending delivery but subsequently failed to provide updates despite our attempts to communicate via email and phone calls. Etsy informed us that the merchant no longer sells through their platform and, since more than six months have passed, they are unable to process a refund. Considering the current delays caused in part by the scarcity of acrylic materials due to COVID-related production shifts, we respectfully request an extension to Etsy's refund policy in this case. We are in contact with our bank but require additional information to proceed with our claim, specifically the original expected delivery date and any tracking details that were shared. Could you please provide the expected delivery date notifications and the tracking number associated with the FedEx shipment arranged by the merchant? Thank you for your attention to this matter. Running an Etsy store with my wife has been a thrilling journey over the past two years, witnessing significant growth. This venture has become our primary source of income, and the high volume of orders demands our constant attention. Despite our best efforts, some orders do fall behind schedule as my wife, the artist, handles the fulfillment, often leading to delays. Nonetheless, we maintain open communication with customers, and most are understanding when there are delays, with resolutions like refunds always offered when needed. Recently, without prior warning, our shop was placed on vacation mode by Etsy due to 19 overdue orders. While overdue, those orders were placed many months before, and all customers were kept informed and satisfied. Unfortunately, Etsy's sudden action has left our business at a standstill, with no means of direct communication with them to address the situation promptly. We have been proactive in resolving the orders, hoping for a quick reinstatement, but the lack of communication is frustrating. My main grievance revolves around the inability to reach Etsy for clarification or discussion before drastic measures are taken. Adequate warnings and accessible communication channels from Etsy to sellers are crucial for fair treatment and conflict resolution. If this issue persists unresolved, we may have to consider parting ways with Etsy. Clarification and better communication practices from Etsy would greatly improve the situation for sellers like us.

I was disappointed to find out that my Etsy account has been suspended for a supposed regulation violation without any specific details provided. I disagree with this decision as it seems arbitrary and lacks a solid regulatory foundation. My dedication to professionalism and the high quality of my products have made my shop a favorite among my loyal customers. The positive turnover I have experienced and the excellent feedback from customers are proof of my commitment to following the rules. Had there been any infringement, a warning would have been appropriate. I am hopeful for a response and a reconsideration of the store closure. I look forward to the reopening of my shop. Thank you.

I placed a custom order on May 20, [redacted] for a sapphire ring from the vivid sapphire store. After 10 days with no progress updates, I asked to cancel due to a personal emergency. The seller's policy states no cancellations, but I can't pay the extra $400CAD anymore. I made it clear I don't want the sapphire shipped. The seller won't refund my $530CAD. I opened a case with PayPal, but the seller escalated it. If I don't get a refund from PayPal or Etsy, I'll leave a 1-star review. If Etsy refunds me, I'll close the PayPal case. Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding a service I purchased on Etsy. I contracted a seller on the platform to create vouchers, a price list, a logo, and business cards for my small business. I have already paid approximately £90 for these items. However, I have only received an online picture of the price list so far, despite also paying for a physical copy. The communication with the seller started in December, but I have not heard back since April 14th. The seller's shop name is "Pickle Ginger Designs." I made several payments through Etsy, and the last payment was done via bank transfer as requested by the seller. I received a message this morning from the owner of a shop on Etsy who goes by the name of Keith. Keith contacted me to compliment a review I had left on another page for a feminine product I purchased months ago. The product is specifically for women's genitalia, so upon receiving his message, I immediately felt uncomfortable. I expressed my discomfort to Keith, stating it was highly inappropriate to message me about a review intended for other women to read. Despite my telling Keith that his initial comments made me uneasy, he failed to acknowledge his lack of social boundaries and continued to downplay my feelings. He repeatedly gaslighted me by implying that I should have expected his message based on my public review. When I informed him I would report him for harassment due to his refusal to respect my boundaries, he attempted to shift blame onto me and continued to send lengthy messages excusing his behavior. My husband intervened to tell Keith to stop, but he persisted in trying to portray himself as the victim. We have zero tolerance for harassment, and I believe Keith should be held accountable for his actions. I attempted to explain to him why his comments were inappropriate, but he deflected responsibility at every turn.

I made a purchase on Etsy on 25/5/22 (order# [redacted]) with an estimated delivery date of 6/6/22. Dpd courier attempted delivery on 6/6 and 7/6 without success. Unfortunately, I did not receive any notifications from Dpd and the driver did not leave a calling card. I only saw the emails on 8/6. Upon trying to reschedule delivery, I was informed the items were returned to the seller. I have reached out to the seller via Etsy for another delivery arrangement without success. Despite my request for a refund, the seller claims they attempted delivery and will not refund. I am unsure of the current location of my order as it was fully paid for. Dpd recommended contacting the seller, but I have not received assistance. Any help with obtaining a refund would be appreciated.

Hello, I encountered an issue with my Etsy shops around a week ago. I am unable to access my shops' dashboard when I click on the shop manager icon. Instead, it redirects me to a page unrelated to my shop management. I recently opened another Etsy shop, but this problem started before that. The names of my two stores are CatFinesse (older) and PureCraftsDeals (new). I contacted Etsy support over a week ago but haven't received a response yet. This is frustrating as I can't manage my shops without access to the dashboard. I hope Etsy can address and resolve this issue promptly. Thank you, G.M
