I recently had a new necklace I crafted removed from my Etsy shop. The piece included gemstones and amber, but it seems Etsy has restrictions on selling amber under 1.25 inches and certain common cut shapes. The amber in my necklace is standard, and this is the second time a necklace of mine has been removed. The first one was amber and silver. I'm keen on selling my jewelry. What steps should I take now?

I purchased 3 knitting sweater patterns for smart dolls on October 12, [redacted], for digital download and printing. The payment was deducted from my bank account on October 13, [redacted], but I have not received any confirmation to access the patterns. The patterns include the Butterfly Shrug for $4.00, Bell Sleeve Tunic for $5.00, and the Easy Tunic Pullover for $5.00. I have been unable to download and print the patterns. I purchased a black leather high heel mule in size 9, but I need to exchange it for a size 9 1/2. Despite reviews mentioning this size is available, it's not an option online. Could someone contact me via email at [redacted] or call me back to assist with this order? I have been a loyal customer and have made significant purchases from this brand, although I no longer have access to my old email.

I purchased a purse that did not match the description provided by the seller. Before buying, I confirmed with the seller that it was a reconditioned and genuine Louis Vuitton bag from Turkey. However, upon receiving it, I discovered that it was a reproduction, not as described. Additionally, there was some fraudulent paperwork included. I paid $[redacted] USD for the item. Despite the seller being very responsive before the purchase, they have not replied to my messages after I expressed my concerns. The order was made on November 12th with transaction number [redacted] from the Zilan Store. I left a negative review detailing the issues and requested a refund, which was not mentioned as not accepted in the listing. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. I made a purchase on Nov. 11th from a store on your website, but my order has not been shipped. I contacted the seller to request a refund since I wanted to look for the item elsewhere. The seller claimed the package was already given to the post office. A week later, I checked with the post office and they did not have the package. I have asked for a refund again due to the lack of trust in the seller. I am worried about receiving a defective or incorrect item. At this point, trust has been lost. What further steps can I take?

I placed an order for four bears to be made from my late husband's shirts back in June [redacted] from HopesBearsLLC on Etsy. Since then, the company has left Etsy. Initially, I was informed to expect delivery within four months. When I inquired about my order status on August 28 with Megan, the owner, I was told the bears would be shipped within a week. Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller, including receiving only automated responses, I have not received the bears, nor have I been refunded my $[redacted] prepayment for the order. I am seeking the return of the three shirts and a full refund of $[redacted]. I am extremely frustrated with this situation and would appreciate any assistance. Thank you. - Pat W.

I received a refund for a package that I didn't request and don't want to be sent back to the seller. I only wanted to receive my package. I adjusted the delivery address to my parents' house, as initially provided address was deemed insufficient by mistake. The correct address has been used successfully for previous deliveries. Please rectify this error, cover any associated costs, and send the package to me. The address I entered initially was accurate.

I bought 3 calendars for my family around 12/7 and 12/8, but I can't find any confirmation emails for the purchase. I had an odd experience with someone claiming to be from Etsy named "Quinin" who used Zelle to take money from my bank account. Then a supposed manager named Richard said my IP address was public and advised me to buy Target gift cards after he supposedly deposited money into my Citi card. Is this a legitimate business practice? - Mark W.

I recently made a purchase and included a note for the gift recipient in the "note to seller" field. The seller informed me that they were unsure how to add a note after the order is placed and advised me to contact Etsy. They mentioned they could see the note I added but were unsure if the recipient would see it. How can I ensure my message is printed on the gift? The order is from Chanasya - PurchaseCorner LLC with Order #[redacted]. The message to be included is: "You are in my thoughts and prayers and I hope this wraps you up like a nice 'Soderberg Hug'!!! Love you, my dear friend!! XO-Kris." Please assist me in resolving this issue.

In November, I placed an order for 10 personalized horse stall signs from "Rob". Upon receiving the signs, I noticed that one of them was the wrong color and was missing an attached brass hanger, which was a $25 item. I reached out to Rob via email, and he assured me he would correct the mistake. Unfortunately, I have not yet received the replacement item, and Rob has been unresponsive to my recent emails. I bought a 10 to 12 ft Grade A nutmeg deer hide from Leather Unlimited (Deer Shack) with order number 2k[redacted]97. When I received the hide, I noticed three roughed-up spots. After reaching out to Maureen, she advised me to return the hide for an exchange. I complied accordingly. The replacement hide I received was in poor shape with divots, discoloration, and more rough spots, making it unusable. I have photos for reference. I am requesting a refund for this item or a store credit as the quality did not meet expectations. Despite emailing Maureen on December 11, I have yet to receive a response. Hello Etsy Support, I am feeling lost on what steps to take next after reaching out for assistance regarding my suspended account. The prolonged suspension has left me frustrated and contemplating abandoning my Etsy account altogether. It is disheartening that what should be a simple process of placing an order has become so convoluted. If my account issue had been resolved promptly, I would have already placed an order and potentially received the items in time for Christmas, allowing everyone to enjoy them as holiday gifts.

I recently purchased a book-shaped handbag and clay. My order numbers are [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. There was an issue with the site during checkout which led to a double charge via PayPal. I only intended to order each item once. I received the second handbag but not the clay. I would like to return one of the handbags, halt the delivery of the second clay, and request a refund for both items.

Hello Etsy community. I bought an item from TheAmericanGemCo but canceled it before it was shipped, and the seller acknowledged the cancellation. Despite this, 2 out of 4 PayPal payments were deducted from my account. I was assured a refund, but it has not been processed. I have reached out to the seller multiple times with no reply. I am now considering filing a complaint with PayPal. Thank you for any assistance.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order, number [redacted]. The items I received were significantly smaller than what was shown and described in the listing. Despite reaching out to the shop multiple times, I have not received any response. I opened a case and provided clear photographic evidence with a ruler showing that the items were only 5" tall instead of the advertised 8.25". Shockingly, the decision came back in favor of the seller, disregarding the evidence I submitted. I feel like I have been scammed out of $90. There seems to be no option to appeal the decision or escalate the matter to a manager. Furthermore, upon investigating, I discovered that the seller is not who they claim to be on Etsy. The discrepancy in the company name and address is concerning. As a loyal Etsy customer who has spent thousands of dollars on the platform over the years, I am appalled by this experience. I noticed an unexpected charge of $59.36 on my Synchrony Premier credit card from 11/30/22 that I don't recognize. I am certain I did not make this purchase. Please investigate if this charge was made fraudulently without my permission. I did not place any order on Etsy on that date, so I lack an order number. Hello, I purchased an elegant pink velvet chair from Elegant Tree in Quebec, Canada on October 15, [redacted]. They charged me $[redacted] on my credit card. However, I have not received any updates from Elegant Tree since then. The owner, Hanzel, and the store seem to have vanished. I've been attempting to reach out to Elegant Tree and Etsy for five hours, but none of the provided contact information seems to be valid. Though they mentioned a delivery date of January 11, [redacted], I suspect I may have fallen victim to a scam as my investigations suggest Elegant Tree is no longer operational. I purchased eight candles from Red Barn Candles in November. The package arrived on time, and when I opened it, I noticed one candle was broken. I promptly ordered a replacement, which arrived before Christmas. However, when I tried to request a refund for the broken candle, I was asked for pictures of the damage, and I'm not sure how to do that on my computer. Upon closer inspection, I found a small hole in the box which likely caused the damage. I would appreciate a refund for the broken candle, even though I understand it was not Red Barn's fault. This situation has been a bit frustrating, but I hope we can resolve it. Thank you.
