I am experiencing payment issues when booking a flight through Expedia. Despite inputting the correct flight details, upon attempting to pay with my credit card, I am consistently informed that my card information is incorrect and the transaction fails. Strangely, my credit card company confirms that the payment of $[redacted].19/$[redacted].66 was successful on May 21st, despite Expedia indicating otherwise. I attempted the transaction twice with the same result. I can be reached at [redacted] and +52 [redacted]. My VISA card number is [redacted][redacted] and my name is ZHOU JUNTANG. I seek assistance in addressing this issue promptly. Thank you.

I had a trip to Key West last year that got canceled due to covid. I have a $[redacted] credit that I want to use for a trip out west. I was told by Delta to book through Expedia as that's who I booked with originally. My credit number with them is [redacted][redacted]. I'm frustrated with the long wait, 12 hours is too much. I want to fly from DC Dulles to Billings, MT on September 14th and then from Billings to Las Vegas on September 23rd. The flights I prefer are leaving at 7:20AM from Dulles to arrive at 12:21PM in Billings, and leaving Billings at 6:10AM to arrive in Las Vegas at 9:04AM. Delta won't help me since I booked through Expedia. It's been hard to reach someone or log into my account, very frustrating. I hope this issue can be resolved so I can book my trip. Thank you.

I need to cancel my Expedia booking due to a work commitment. My itinerary number is #[redacted][redacted]. I've tried calling but faced a long 10-hour wait. Do I need to call again? I have cancelation coverage and would like a refund to my credit card ending in [redacted]. This frustrating experience has put me off using Expedia in the future. My contact number is [redacted]. Could someone please assist me with this issue promptly?

On 5/22, I visited Casa Ojai. They noticed my $[redacted] stay was mistakenly booked for 6/22. The manager offered a room for 5/22 but mentioned an additional $78 charge, which wasn't communicated initially. As a result, the booking was canceled after being rescheduled. I paid $[redacted] on my credit card and have the itinerary number, but I'm struggling to reach a live agent to resolve the issue due to the confusion. I'm seeking a live agent's assistance to address this matter promptly. I'd like to keep the reservation for 6/22 as originally planned, since I've already paid for a room we didn't use. Please contact me at [redacted] to discuss further. Thank you.

I made a reservation online for a one-bedroom at Excalibur from June 17 to June 21. I paid $[redacted].63 using my credit card through PayPal. However, I have not received any confirmation or information. When I try calling, they request an itinerary number which I do not have. I downloaded the app but did it as a guest. I am unsure what to do next. I need assistance and would like to speak with someone over the phone. I can provide a picture of the PayPal transaction receipt. Please contact me at [redacted]. My name is Christina D. Thank you and have a great day.

Subject: Urgent Issue with Booking # [redacted][redacted] I am writing regarding Booking # [redacted][redacted]. Despite my efforts to cancel due to a misunderstanding, I received communication that the hotel did not approve my refund request labeling it as a "no show". I have made multiple attempts to clarify the situation via email provided by Expedia, but have unfortunately not received any responses. The incident was not a case of a "no show" as indicated. My son, aged 20, was caught in a situation during a trip with friends in Panama on May 26. Due to some events, he contacted me while under the influence of alcohol late at night to inform me that he was heading to the airport to fly back home. I intervened, attempting to secure a nearby hotel room for his stay as he waited for a flight, but a miscommunication occurred. Despite immediately realizing the mistake, I contacted the hotel to cancel the reservation, only to find out I had reached the wrong Wyndham location in Panama City. I then correctly contacted the hotel and was advised to seek a refund through Expedia, as I had originally booked online through them. I promptly explained the situation to Expedia, expecting a smooth resolution. However, I now find myself in need of further assistance to clarify the circumstances and resolve this issue promptly.

I received notification from Expedia regarding flight cancellations on my itinerary. I am unsure about the next steps as chat support is unavailable. The airline has a lengthy 9-hour phone wait time, and Expedia a 4-hour wait. Unfortunately, chat support hours are not listed for assistance. I may attempt to contact them again on Monday. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I have been a loyal customer of Expedia for more than two decades, but this experience may be my last with them. I am hopeful for prompt assistance in securing comparable flights without enduring extensive hold times.

I did not receive a full refund as you deducted money for insurance that I did not understand or want. Despite canceling soon after booking due to the confirmation not matching my request, it was challenging. I tried to inquire about the insurance before booking but somehow ended up registered. It took too long to get assistance with a 3-hour wait on the phone and no response. My wife had to cancel online, only to realize you still kept the insurance money. I have filed a complaint with AARP as your service did not meet my expectations. Please refund the insurance amount promptly, or I will take further action. I am currently still on hold on the phone for assistance. Thank you. (Confirmation: [redacted]) Insurance: [redacted]

Someone should revamp the phone system. When businesses try to reach Expedia, it's impossible. I doubt there are actual humans working there, but if there are, kindly contact me at Motel 6 in Fort Pierce, Florida at [redacted]. A message came through regarding a prepaid virtual card that won't process. If there are any real people at Expedia who can pick up the phone, that would be great. Expedia depends on motel workers like us to do its job, while I pay for my own expenses and don't rely on Expedia.

On Friday, March 19th, [redacted], my wallet, cellphone, and laptop were stolen. On Saturday, March 20th, [redacted], my Chime debit card was fraudulently used to make a $[redacted].56 charge to your services. I tried to dispute this with my credit card issuer, but they denied my claim. I do not have an Expedia account, did not make any purchases, and did not authorize this transaction. Please refund the fraudulent charge promptly. Thank you. Contact me via email for any additional information needed.

During our vacation on May 28, [redacted], in the mountains, we needed a local hotel. Despite poor phone service, I searched for nearby hotels on Expedia and booked one for May 28-29. Confirming the dates with my husband, I skipped insurance as we had no plans to cancel. However, upon receiving the confirmation, the dates were incorrect for June 27-28, which we did not need in Illinois. The hotel agreed to release the booking due to no availability, but I couldn't reach Expedia to cancel and even tried to stop payment through PayPal. After multiple attempts via text, email, and calls, I am on hold for over 60 minutes now while writing. I refuse to pay for a reservation error for June which was meant for May 28. I have evidence of our stay in Grand Junction, CO at Ramada that night. I demand a clear refund.

I am extremely upset! I recently made a reservation for a two-bedroom suite at Legacy Vacation Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida for this upcoming weekend (Itinerary # [redacted][redacted]) through Expedia.com. After confirming the booking and being charged the full amount, I discovered that there are no accommodations available for the dates I selected! I have been unable to reach anyone by phone, and as I have already purchased non-refundable plane tickets, I need immediate assistance, not hours from now! How can accommodations be booked and paid for if they are not actually available? I demand to know if I have a valid reservation that I paid for or if Expedia.com is deceiving customers? If I do not receive a prompt response, I will be forced to take legal action, including contacting the New Jersey State Attorney General's Office and filing formal complaints at the federal level! I expect a callback within one hour at [redacted].

My son, A.A., made a reservation at the Mexico Marriott Cancun Hotel Zone for June 7, [redacted] to June 15, [redacted], paying $[redacted].86 with a credit card through your site. The itinerary number is [redacted][redacted], and the confirmation number is [redacted]8. Upon arrival, the hotel had no record of the reservation and he had to pay for the room again. He tried to contact Expedia but was on hold for a long time. The hotel staff did not assist him. As a result, he paid for the room twice; once through your website and again at the hotel due to the lack of reservation record. Please reach out to the hotel (phone: +52 [redacted]) to resolve this matter. We expect a refund from either the hotel for the second payment or from you as the original reservation was not confirmed by the hotel.

I have a flight coupon from Expedia for a Philippine Airlines flight from Manila to Vancouver in April [redacted] that got canceled due to the pandemic. I'm hoping to use this coupon for a flight from Vancouver to Manila in January [redacted]. I have my preference number from Expedia related to this booking and emails confirming it. Can I reach out to Expedia via email to inquire about this? Thank you.

I made a booking through hotel.com for a room at La Quinta from July 7th to 17th. However, the booking was mistakenly set for June 7th to 17th. I had already arranged my flights and car rental for July. I contacted booking and they spoke to the manager at La Quinta, who advised to call back in the morning at 9 and speak to the manager. I spoke to the manager, who mentioned contacting Expedia to change the dates and that they would waive any costs. I tried calling Expedia but was on hold for 2 hours, only to have the call disconnected when someone finally picked up. This situation has caused me a lot of hassle, and I am requesting to have the dates changed to 07/07-17/[redacted] or receive a full refund. Thanks for your assistance.

Last year, I purchased 3 tickets through Expedia, but my travel plans were disrupted due to Covid-19. After contacting them, I was informed that my ticket was valid for over a year with no penalty. Recently, I rescheduled my flight to June 9th, but when I arrived at the airport today, the agent couldn't locate my booking. Despite showing her my booking confirmation email, she advised me to contact Expedia for assistance. I've been trying to reach Expedia for the past two hours, but their automated system keeps stating that my itinerary number [redacted][redacted] cannot be found. I am still at the airport and need help resolving this issue promptly.

I have been struggling to reach a human at Expedia for the past seven days to modify my reservation due to a family emergency. My father-in-law had emergency surgery, and I need to cancel and refund our upcoming trip. Despite numerous attempts, I have not been able to connect with a representative. I have also booked a flight for my husband through Expedia to Mexico to handle the emergency, hoping it would aid in canceling the first reservation. However, I am now faced with the urgency of changing his departure flight, and I am unable to reach anyone at Expedia for assistance. I have spent countless hours on hold, received no helpful responses from the virtual assistant, and the escalation feature has proven ineffective. This ongoing ordeal has been incredibly stressful, and I urgently require assistance from Expedia, which seems unavailable at this time.

I received an email from Expedia concerning my concern with an agent booking the wrong class ticket on my SAS flight from KKR to LHR on August 20, [redacted]. The agent mistakenly booked the lowest class (go light) instead of Go Smart as I had requested. The ticket price has since doubled. Expedia mentioned they would refund me $90 for a checked bag if I bought it directly through the airline and provided them with the receipt. However, they did not provide a Complaint Number or an address to send the receipt. I have invested a significant amount of time dealing with this issue and am extremely disappointed in both Expedia and SAS. My booking reference is 4VGQNL for Christine Wilson Cercone. Can anyone offer assistance?

My initial flight time has been changed, leaving me with just a 10-minute layover between flights. I contacted both airlines and they suggested taking the first flight the night before to catch the second flight. I called Expedia's [redacted] number twice, endured 2 hours of hold time before speaking to a representative who indicated they needed to reach out to the airlines. After being put on hold again, I was eventually disconnected after 30-45 minutes without any callback, even though they confirmed my phone number. Sitting on hold for over 2 hours for a third day is not feasible for me.

Two days ago, I was charged more than double the quoted fare by Expedia for a Business First Ticket on United (Itinerary #[redacted][redacted]). The fare was $[redacted].40 instead of the advertised price below $[redacted], currently shown on United's site at $[redacted] and $[redacted]. I have taken action by informing my bank to dispute the charge. I am open to allowing Expedia to rebook my flight correctly if they refund the overcharged amount. Resolving this quickly is crucial as I still need to secure a ticket. Being a senior citizen needing wheelchair assistance and relying on Social Security as my income, affording a thousand-dollar fare for a one-way or roundtrip journey is impossible for me. I urge Expedia to rectify this error promptly. Juanita Holland
