I've submitted a previous ticket, and when I call, the system says my account is closed. So, I thought it was resolved. I'm also told I didn't cancel within the trial period, but I'm certain I did. When I called the number during trial period, it always said cancelled. I never received nor activated anything. *My * main concerns*goals: **) Refund amount taken in error.**) Cancel Account.**My Credit Card statement shows Freedom Pop attempting to withdraw payment the last * months* however, there hasn't been sufficient funds, partly due to this, but also because it's suspected my identity was used by someone else, and they applied for various things, *I don't know how to even begin the login process. I never received an email with account information so although I've read how to cancel the acct. online, I have no idea how to login to do this. **Please help**Thanks
