I got sim card on promotion. Was then charged at beggining of sept for service costing ** dollars....then charged again * weeks later (still september) for same amount. Today i went to cancel account altogether cuz of the * charges that i was not aware would exist, especially since i NEVER activated the sim card (got it for a future phone for kid). I then noticed i was charged ** dollar fee for thier protection? Wth is that and why? I was first going to downgrade and ignore the * charges, but with that extra "protection" fee, im done. I cancelled altogether and now eanting refunded for at least one of those sept charges and the protection fee. Technically i should get all back because it was falsely advertised but i doubt that will happen. And the way that it runs you around to even be able to send an email to customer support is ridiculous and rude.
