I have received two freedom Pop ***% free high-speed wireless Internet hotspot devices. In June A representative help me on the phone set up both devices. I was interested in using this as a back up For my Internet when my Wi-Fi was not available. I explained that I was interested in it being ***% free . The representative explained that I would have to pay a downgrade fee of $** on each unit. It was my understanding that this was a one time downgrade fee it would no longer be charged in the future. I was charged two $** charges Twice and the representative had to refund two of them. It was also my understanding that should I use the service, your friend when I hit the max for the free service it would simply stop working and no longer be available. Months later I started getting charged a one Penny charge on each unit. It was explained to me in a text message that if I do not use this service any given month the one Penny charge would apply. yesterday, I use this service very briefly just to avoid the Penny charge. Almost immediate, I was charged $** which was called auto cap charge going over the limit. It was not my understanding that this would take place. To me, this whole process appears to be a scam. To me, this whole process appears to be scam. I no longer wish to have this service and request a full refund of all charges from Beginning in June Up to and including the*charge from yesterday. I have reported this to my credit card company and dispute it all charges. Your cooperation Would be appreciated.
