The issue in GetHuman-nkprasad's own words
I purchased a Freedom pop number (***) ***-**** online for $*.** to try it out on ******.*After getting it i preferred not to continue so i downgraded it to a free plan for $* Basic LTE *** on *********. I got an email confirmation for the same immediately from Freedompop that its a $* plan.**I was under the impression that I will not be charged any further since its a $* plan and i almost never used the sim card except to do initial testing to check the quality of voice or data etc. **To my surprise today, i saw my credit card account being billed by freedom pop as below:********* for $**.********** for $*.********** for $*.** and********* for $*.****I am bit shocked on why these charges are being billed to my credit card with my $* plan.*I later logged on to freedompop online and noticed that a premier service was subscribed which i never did or neither got a email confirmation for it.*To ensure I don't get billed any further i have deactivated that premier service online.**However, since the premier service was never used by me or even subscribed by me, i request Freedompop to refund all the above charges for an amount $**.** to my Credit card account linked to my above number immediately and I would like to cancel my free subscription too and remove all my billing details as I am now scared of getting charged unnecessarily for no usage.
