I want a full refund this month. Freedom Pop charged my credit card on ******* for $**.** and $*.**. I have never used Freedom Pop, and I have "cancelled"it online last year when it showed up on my credit card. I called and wasted a huge amount of time on the phone *-**-**, & could never talk to a human. I finally stumbled across an automated option to cancel my account. I did that. But when i continued on to try to speak to someone about getting a refund, the recording said my account had been cancelled, so they couldn't speak further to me. I'm really frustrated, & I cant believe what poor customer service you have. Please refund $**.** to my credit card asap. My phone number is ***-***-****.*Angie Poock
