Ok, fisrt of i couldn't submit a ticket because i wasn't a premium VIP user, and i received a email from you that i can activate vip for free for the rest of the cycle but it did charge my $*.**.**Just today i decided to upgraded my plan from basic to *gb unlimited. The thing is it charged my PayPal and i thought it would ask me first about payment method before going through. A minute ago i added a credit card information in my account and i would like those charges to go into that credit card, and delete them from paypal.*Then i thought i can cancel the charge if i downgrade the plan again but now i have to pay $** credit to downgrade, sounds like you'd charge me for everything, what i want do is please remove*refund all those changes from all of my bank account, the $** credit, $*.** vip and **.** on paypal so i can start over again to use the right payment method.*Remove all the services and all and back to how it was before i thought of upgrading.i haven't used any of the service anyway. Thank you
