For the phone with numbers ********** i have prepaid yearly with EIGHT MONTHS services remaining,. When i look at my account online i see i have used nothing for this month yet a message says I have used ALL the data. Showing zero usage from account MINUTES USED***unlimited minutes*MESSAGES SENT***unlimited text messages*DATA USED**%** MB * *.** GB of mobile data*INTL' MINS USED**** * * minutes*ROLLOVER DATA** MB** MB of rollover data*BONUS DATA** MB** MB * * MB of bonus data" *But another message says i have used ALL the data and i can't so much as make a simple phone call unless i pony up MORE MONEY for service i have ALREADY PAID FOR. I need to get the service I have paid for!
