During Sept. I was side swiped by a cal trans sweeper truck. My side mirror was hit by the truck and broken. I called highway patrol and they took the information and located the sweeper and its driver. I have a claim and have filed paperwork with cal trans. Geico has taken pictures and met with me. My mechanic has the mirror and is ready to replace it. GNC auto would put a used mirror on the car but I want my mechanic to install a new one. I want to make sure that the mirror and my deductible will be covered before I make my appt. My claim * is:****************. I would like this to be taken care of as it has gone on way too long.
This is so frustrating as no one ever calls me back or answers the phone. I am so tired of what you call customer service.
Trying to get in touch over this issue, just once would be nice.
