I placed an order on November ** for my brothers birthday which was yesterday. I purchased a digital Xbox gift card from GameStop. I received the download code and forwarded it to my brother yesterday. When he tried to redeem it yesterday it said the code had already been used. I called GameStop yesterday and was told I would be sent a new code via email within the hour. I never received the code. I contacted customer contact us on the website and haven’t heard back. I have been on the phone for over ** minutes now on hold and haven’t been able to speak to anyone about the issue. I would like to be sent a new code immediately for the **$ gift card I purchased or I would like a refund.
