Hello I purchased a Garmin Fenix * plus saphire black edition from the website 'Millets' in November, and unfortuantely it is faulty.*For the last * weeks it has not been connecting to my phone. I have taken all of the troubleshooting solutions on the Garmin website multiple times.*Sometimes I can't get it to connect at all even after all of these solutions and resets. On the Garmin Connect app my watch icon has no coloured dot next to the picture. It is very inconsistent and struggles to connect at the best of times. *This is very annoying as it is such an expensive watch. *I'm wondering what can be done from here.*Thanks for your help.*Austin
