Hello, I recently received an invitation from Google Maps officials to attend an event in California this November. Excited to join, I encountered an issue while trying to complete my registration. After mistakenly clicking on the "Update" button instead of "Done" when asked for security details, I found myself unable to proceed further after returning to the event page. Each time I attempt to click on "Join," I am directed back to the same page without moving forward in the registration process. I am reaching out to either the Google staff or the Local Guides (Event Management) team for assistance to successfully apply for the event. I am unsure why I cannot progress after clicking on "Join." Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

I have frequently changed my passwords due to concerns about online security. Unfortunately, I can't remember the most recent password I updated about a year and a half to two years ago. In September [redacted], I attempted to verify my account by sending ID information, but it was rejected due to low picture quality. I had to stop trying for a while, yet I now need access to my [redacted] email for an online game. The game requires my current email's password, which I no longer know. Despite changing my last name to Ridings after getting married and moving, I am unable to update it due to the login issue. I haven't had the option to resend my ID information. I am feeling frustrated and really need help regaining access to my [redacted] address. If possible, please contact me at [redacted].

I allowed my son to use my husband's Samsung Galaxy 7 for five days, and it was stolen from him. After recovering it and changing the back, the device is now asking to verify the Google account that was previously synced with it. Despite numerous attempts to sign in, including assistance from Verizon, we are unable to proceed. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated, as the phone is essential for our granddaughter's preschool activities. We are looking for help as we have been unable to contact Google directly. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

My outdated cell phone unexpectedly reset, and unfortunately, I've forgotten the passwords to my primary account, [redacted], and my backup account, Stella and [redacted] The main account likely contains important emails from Facebook, Our Time dating site, and regarding my finances and living situation. Additionally, there should be an email with photos of a Chihuahua in a tan plaid coat. I urgently require access to [redacted] as crucial documents, app accounts, and my contact list are linked to it. I've created a new temporary email for now. Your assistance in recovering my main account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am utterly shocked by what just occurred! Two weeks ago, I purchased a Google Pixel 3 with high hopes, but I now regret my decision. The phone has been handled with care, using the original accessories, and it has never been dropped. Suddenly, it started displaying strange lighting patterns without any apparent reason. Despite multiple restarts, it continues to malfunction, even going unresponsive. After merely changing the wallpaper, the issue resurfaced, leaving me with a non-functional device that only flickers without any response to input. I urgently seek a solution as this brand-new Pixel 3 feels like a useless item in my hands now. I reside in Cairo, Egypt, feeling stranded as I cannot reach anyone for assistance. I implore for a swift resolution to restore my confidence in your post-sale support. This unexpected experience has truly challenged my perception of Google's product quality. My Google apps have been compromised. Currently, Google Drive has been attempting to make [redacted] files available offline for 3 hours but none have been accessible, draining my battery. This issue has been persistent since [redacted] and resurfaced in late [redacted] after starting over. I have contacted law enforcement through AT&T, but monitoring has ceased. My Google Photos have been heavily hacked, and unauthorized activity is ongoing. I am experiencing hacked emails, issues with 2-step verification, deletions of Google Docs and Photos, and creation of shared albums without my consent. It is affecting my relationships as my loved ones suspect me of these actions. Additionally, my phone shows activity I have not done, such as traveling when I haven't. Apps have been installed on my phone without my knowledge such as time stamp and P2P sharing apps. Despite a factory reset, my phone storage remains full due to suspicious apps. This unsettling situation has been going on for almost 3 years and interferes with my work and personal life. I am reaching out to Google for urgent assistance in resolving these security breaches and restoring my privacy and data integrity.

I am facing difficulties recovering my first Gmail account, which is the same as my Google account. I forgot my password. Despite believing it was not changed by me, it seems to have been altered. I have been attempting to recover it for five days now without success. This has led me to lose access to my contacts and emails. I had to create a new account to use my phone. I have reached out to Google and the phone manufacturer, LG, as I use an LG V20. However, the solutions provided have not been effective. I keep encountering too many failed password attempts. I urgently require hands-on assistance over the phone to guide me through resolving this issue. Thank you.

My daughter recently left an abusive situation. There are concerns that her ex-partner may have had inappropriate photos involving a teenage girl on his device. Although my daughter did not find them, she suspects he may have deleted them. He is now seeking sole custody of their 1-year-old son, but we believe he poses a danger to the child. It would be greatly appreciated if the account can be retained to assist with ongoing legal proceedings. We don't require access to the account, just that it remains available for law enforcement purposes. The individual in question is Danial Gershman, born on April 13, [redacted], with email addresses [redacted] and [redacted], as well as [redacted] He resides at either 74 Chatham D, West Palm Beach, FL [redacted], or [redacted] Santa Monica Ave, Royal Palm Beach, FL [redacted]. In the event that any potentially deleted material needs to be recovered, maintaining the account would aid in the investigation. You can reach me at [redacted].

I spoke with Google last Friday and was advised that the issue lies with Squarespace. Squarespace, however, mentioned that the problem is with you, as they have reached out to you regarding this. I recently purchased Gsuite through Squarespace, paying upfront with no 2-week trial period. My issue is the inability to send mass emails. I can't send emails to [redacted] or even less than [redacted] recipients, a function that should be available with a standard Gmail account. I suspect a fundamental issue with info@mskphysiotherapyexcellence. This problem is causing my business to lose money, and I urgently need it fixed. PLEASE assist. Thank you and cheers, Ian.

To Whom It May Concern, I kindly request your attention to the following matter. I am currently experiencing difficulty accessing my email account and despite following the recovery steps provided by Google, I have not been successful in regaining access. The email contains important work-related and personal information, and creating a new account is not a viable option for me. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly as I am concerned about the security of my account, especially since I was in the process of updating my security information. While I understand the need for stringent security measures, the complications I have encountered during the password change process have been frustrating. I attempted to use the recovery options, including providing my new phone number, only to realize that I could not update my phone on the account without access. Additionally, the system still prompted me to confirm my old phone number, which is no longer in my possession. I also tried using my recovery email without success, and providing previous passwords did not verify my ownership of the account. The security question asking me the month and year I created the account is challenging as I manage multiple email addresses for different purposes. I am reaching out for assistance in recovering my email account, which holds significant importance to me. I hope for a resolution to this issue and thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Joshua Y.

I accidentally clicked on an ad that led me to a scam instead of Allegiant Airlines. The scammer posed as the airline's booking agent and misled me about the availability of seats and extra charges. Fortunately, I discovered the deception by checking with a friend's computer and saved $[redacted]. This fraudulent company has 69 complaints in February alone! Google should take immediate action to remove such scammers from their platform. I almost fell for it because the ad was misleading, and the person I spoke to was dishonest about the charges. It's essential to eliminate scammers to maintain trust in Google products. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding an unfortunate incident during my visit to the Carnival in Brazil. My cell phone was stolen in Cabo Frio, Rio De Janeiro, and it contained important data linked to an account that I can no longer access. The account is associated with photos and essential files in Google Drive. Unfortunately, I can't recall the email address accurately and have forgotten the password. There is no other phone linked to this account; it was solely used for storing crucial information. To the best of my memory, the email might be either [redacted] or [redacted] I am eager to recover this account as losing access due to the phone theft has left me unable to retrieve valuable information. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

I have been the owner of the email addresses [redacted] and [redacted] for a long time. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the passwords to these accounts. They hold important memories, sensitive emails, and content on OneDrive which I urgently need to recover. The accounts were created when I was younger, and as I have grown up, I have forgotten the passwords. I now use [redacted] as my main email and can verify it if needed. The email address [redacted] is particularly vital to me. I am willing to answer questions about the contents of the emails to prove my ownership. I have tried the account recovery process but I am unable to provide some of the requested information from that time period. I might have a third associated email, but I am certain about the communication between [redacted] and [redacted], which is my mother's email. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering access to these accounts.

My spouse and I both use Gmail. On February 7th, while trying to make a purchase on eBay, I got locked out of my Gmail on our main computer due to multiple failed password attempts. I can still access emails on my iPhone and iPad, but not on the computer. They were sending verification codes to an old phone number I no longer have. I realize I made a serious mistake in the process. Now, neither of us can access Gmail on the main computer. My husband initially created the account with the email address [redacted], and mine linked to it is [redacted] We are both seniors and struggle with technology. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Last night, while playing Soda Candy Crush, I tried to make a purchase using PayPal. During the first attempt, an error message from the Google Store popped up, prompting me to try again. The second attempt went through, but I ended up being charged twice on my PayPal account. I am seeking a refund for one of the $19.99 charges. My PayPal ID is 0DR547293M[redacted].

Subject: Need help with website visibility Hi there, I'm Jeff Scott, and I recently assisted in developing the website leavemeathome.com, dedicated to a pet sitting service located in Bellevue, TN, just outside Nashville. I handled the site creation and submission of the sitemap to Google a month ago. When searching for the site using its name or URL, it appears in search results. However, it doesn't show up when searching for pet sitters in the Bellevue, TN area traditionally. I added tags related to pet sitting in Bellevue, TN during the site creation. Is there any way to enhance the visibility of the website for relevant searches? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Jeff Scott

I've been using two-step verification for my main Gmail account, which is linked to my Google Drive, cloud apps, and passwords for over a decade. Unfortunately, my Google Pixel got damaged recently, and I can't see the verification codes due to a leaking screen. Without backup options in place, setting up verification on my new phone with a different number has been a challenge. I've lost access to crucial contacts, personal documents, and even credit balances on various accounts. Not being able to reach anyone by phone for assistance is frustrating. I'm hoping for a call on my new number to verify my identity and regain access to my accounts. My legal names are Jessie Rae Rodriguez Agramonte, also known as Jessie McLaren, Jessie Gerlach, and Jessie Morse. While an email might be a common way to communicate, in this case, a phone call would be more effective given the urgency of the situation.

Hello, my name is Robin Plant, and I am reaching out from Montessori Preparatory School in Waco, TX. Our school's Google My Business account states that we have 16 reviews, but we have received over 10 reviews in the last two weeks which are not showing up. We have not experienced any changes in our business information since verifying it last year via the Google Postcard method. About six months ago, our business was incorrectly flagged as "closed" on Google, potentially affecting our verification status. While the Google My Business dashboard shows that our business is verified, none of the recent reviews are appearing. These reviews are crucial for next year's enrollment and revenue. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Robin Plant, Montessori Preparatory School.

Hello, I posted an item on Craigslist in Denver and received immediate responses asking for verification as a "real seller" or "verified seller." I was sent Google ID verification numbers, which I unknowingly shared. I now realize the mistake and want to know what steps to take to prevent any issues. My wife's debit card is linked to her Google account, [redacted], which I was using. I seek advice on potential repercussions and how to protect her account and our bank account. Should we de-authorize the debit card with her bank? Thank you for addressing this urgent matter promptly. - William W. and Nanci R.-W. ([redacted], [redacted])

I recently encountered a hacking issue with my Gmail account. As a result, I had to open a new account. This week, I changed my phone number and had my computer wiped clean to resolve the problem. Now, I am unable to access either of my accounts. I do not recall when I created these accounts and I no longer have access to my old phone number, which was [redacted]. My new number is now [redacted]. The old account is [redacted], and the new one is [redacted] Despite using the same password, I am being told it is invalid for both accounts.
