When I entered my address, it showed up as being in pre-foreclosure. After contacting "Foreclosure.com," they confirmed that my house was not in pre-foreclosure and removed the information from their site. However, the pre-foreclosure tag still appears when I search my address on Google. I was told by Foreclosure.com to reach out to Google to have this corrected. Please remove the foreclosure tag from my address as it is causing embarrassment to my family and friends. In [redacted], I applied for a modification, but my house has never been in foreclosure. The address is [redacted] Tamarack St, Islip, New York [redacted]. Thank you.

I have an old Google account with precious photos and videos. Years ago, my phone number associated with the account was compromised by a hacker who gained physical access to my home. Despite changing passwords and usernames, I had to change my phone number due to the incident. Now, I am unable to access my account ([redacted]) because I no longer have the original phone number to receive the verification code. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I recently suspected my phone was hacked and hastily changed the passwords for my three Gmail accounts. However, upon trying to log back in with the new passwords, I discovered I couldn't access any of the accounts. The recovery email is being sent to one of the three Gmail addresses, which I can't access due to the password changes. I am at a loss for what to do and am eager to regain access to my accounts. To facilitate communication, I created a new Gmail address. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

After the recent incident with my soon-to-be ex-husband, who has been accessing my accounts without authorization, I encountered various technical challenges. Despite creating a new Gmail account, he managed to change the password, causing me distress. Following up with the police, he disclosed some passwords, but I faced difficulties accessing my shared email linked to my Apple devices, including my laptop and phone storing valuable data. Unfortunately, troubleshooting with Apple Support led to a factory reset, resulting in data loss and unresolved wifi issues. As a temporary solution, my parents got me a new Microsoft laptop. However, my Gmail, created recently as [redacted], is now inaccessible despite password recovery attempts. I would appreciate assistance in recovering access to [redacted], associated with my cloud account under Kurt B.'s name. Dealing with a history of abuse from him, I'm seeking support to safeguard my documents and legal information.

I am seeking information on how to secure my Android device without Google or address this issue promptly. Kindly respond as I currently don't have access to email due to this breach.

My Gmail account, recovery account, phone number, recovery number, and Facebook account have been hacked. The hacker even changed my bank password. I believe Google is to blame as I have been dealing with this for 6 months due to having to use a Google account with my Android phone. This invasion of privacy is unacceptable. I demand my accounts be secured and returned. I reside in Sulphur, Louisiana, and will press charges against anyone attempting to make changes from elsewhere. Thank you.

I use the email addresses [redacted] and [redacted], and my phone numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. I am willing to provide proof with my driver's license. As a disabled veteran, I struggle to manage my accounts. Please remove the individual who is causing issues on my account. I want him blocked instead of me. Clear his access entirely and enable a secure recognition system like fingerprint ID. I shouldn't have to wait days to access my phone due to these problems. I rely on my phone for essential tasks, and it's frustrating not being able to use it properly because of interference.

After serving a four-year sentence, my account needs verification due to inactivity. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account, and the recovery email is also prompting for verification. Despite entering my login details correctly, the system is still asking for verification. This is concerning to me since I have three novels stored on Google Drive which are essential to me. I heavily rely on Google's services, so it is crucial that I recover my account promptly.

I am currently locked out of my Gmail account and have been unsuccessfully trying to obtain a recovery code due to a recent shattered screen. I would like to request a verification code via phone call to access my mail. My name is Rashard Johnson, and my email address, [redacted], holds sentimental value to me. I have time-sensitive matters to address through this email and would appreciate a prompt response. I have created a new account to be contacted through, but I prefer a phone call with the verification code to prevent further delays. Thank you.

I have several G Suite accounts for our business that I've accessed without issues all year. Recently, when trying to log into one account, I consistently received the error message: "Something went wrong, try again." After multiple attempts, now I am being told that the email address doesn't exist. However, I must access this account monthly to retrieve the invoice. Please, can someone assist me with this issue? The email address in question is [redacted]

I'm confused as to why my account is disabled. I believe it may be due to using an artist's music. It was a karaoke file that someone uploaded. I assumed the user needed a license to share these files on YouTube for the artists to benefit. I apologize for not being aware. My name is Paul McNutt, and I'm a singer from Roanoke, VA, auditioning for America's Got Talent. Could you kindly reinstate my account? I will be more cautious in the future. Thank you.

I am facing an issue with my Gmail account, which I have used for many years without any problems. Recently, I have been denied access without prior warning, citing policy violations. I feel this is unfair as I was not given a chance to appeal or retrieve my important family photos and videos. This situation also conflicts with my religious beliefs. I have struggled to find a solution on my own and may seek legal advice to address this matter promptly. Thank you, Ranee E. Tirrell

I am a 69-year-old living alone. From March 3, [redacted], to September 1, [redacted], there have been numerous unauthorized charges on my debit card ending in [redacted] for various game purchases. For the past two days, I have not received any emails. After contacting HP, they informed me that the issue lies with Google's Gmail service. I reached out to Google for assistance, and they suggested purchasing a $[redacted] Google Play card, assuring me they would reimburse the amount. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford $[redacted], so I purchased two $[redacted] cards instead, risking overdraft fees. Despite speaking with multiple Google technicians and the billing department, the problem persists. One technician named Robin Massey, ID #[redacted], mentioned that my IP address was hacked from Texas and Denver. I am uncertain about the authenticity of the advice to buy Google Play cards from a potential scammer posing as a Google employee. I urgently need guidance to address this suspicious situation. Moreover, another individual named Peter, ID #[redacted], attempted to solve the issue remotely, even trying to reset a password for my online banking account, which I do not remember having. I prefer banking in person rather than online.

I have been bothered by Google asking me to verify my existence and forcing me to deal with two unwanted Gmail accounts. I prefer not to use Gmail as I find it too cumbersome. My valid email addresses are [redacted] and [redacted] I have been receiving continual requests from Google to confirm my identity, including sending a verification code to my deceased husband's phone, [redacted] (John WALKER). I retrieved John's phone to provide the code as requested, but Google still did not accept my identity verification. I am turning 80 this year and do not wish to continue experiencing this ordeal. I would like to receive emails on John Walker's Gmail ([redacted]) to inform his friends and family about his stroke.

I have been unable to access my email account for about a month due to verification issues with Google. Even though I know my password, I can't verify my identity because I don't have a cell phone to receive the verification code. Google seems to require that the phone used for verification be in my name, so I'm considering getting a phone in my name to solve this issue. However, after several failed attempts, I'm not sure if this will work. I have important information and contacts in my email that I don't want to lose, so I really need to speak to a live person at Google for help. My name is Richard Adelman, and my email is [redacted] Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My account and phone have been hacked or hijacked. An unauthorized device accessed my account [redacted], leading to various activities such as app downloads, changed settings, altered passwords, and removing me as the owner and administrator. This intrusion has been ongoing for seven years, causing continuous harassment and disruption in my life across all my devices. I believe these actions are orchestrated by my brothers Kent Nowak, Steve Nowak, and Michael Nowak, aiming to obstruct me from accessing my rightful inheritance, which they have unlawfully controlled and misused. Their treatment of our parents, especially during their passing, has been egregious. My Chromebook now has three accounts controlled by Kent and Steve. They even manipulated my account to send threats to themselves, resulting in legal consequences for me. The recent hacked accounts include [redacted], [redacted], and the new account nokneed0007 created on 10/21/20. I have endured losses of over 10 phones and 2 laptops in the last five months, adding to a history of over 50 phones, 10 computers, and relentless stalking and harassment. I desperately seek assistance as my optimism wanes, and my morale suffers.

My mother, who is 75, faced issues verifying her Google account. Despite multiple attempts, including using a verification code sent to my email, we were unsuccessful. Google's security question about her first teacher stumped us, as my mother couldn't recall. I provided a previous teacher's name without success. Adding to the complexity, she lost her cellphone. Concerned about unauthorized access, I request to block any such attempts and change her password. Her email is [redacted], while mine is [redacted] To aid identity verification, I share her passport number, 5 [redacted] [redacted] F from República Argentina, under the name Danica Tomasevic. Kindly avoid further challenging questions, as I believe the provided information should suffice.
