I've experienced ongoing unauthorized access to my email accounts, including business ones, with passwords and recovery options being changed without my permission. Despite recently updating my passwords, the unauthorized access continues. Suspicious activities like tampered signing settings and unrecognized logins from old devices persist. Additionally, frequent phone replacements are necessary due to tampering. Requesting restoration of access to the following accounts: 1. [redacted] 2. [redacted] 3. Hi, my name is Melvin Young, and I have encountered an issue that I need assistance with. I used to live with my girlfriend, Robin Thomas, in Las Vegas at [redacted] Hobart Ave [redacted] before I moved to Caliente, Nevada. I had a government-issued Obama phone which I used to report identity theft to the FBI. Recently, Robin's Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra broke, and she contacted Verizon using my phone to switch SIM cards to resolve her forgotten PIN. Since then, her login information has been appearing on my phone, and she even created a new Chrome account with her passwords, causing interference with my emails and apps. I suspect my phone has been compromised through the new Chrome account. I'm unable to access my old emails, and my Facebook account seems to have been hacked. Hello, for two months I have been helplessly dealing with the peculiar behavior of my PC as an amateur, and I can't seem to find a solution. Searching for "file EFFEC[redacted]" on Google.cz yielded no results, but after a few hours, it works again. I am seeking advice on what might be affecting our Win10, Office365, or Chrome. On 07/26/[redacted], I noticed several unauthorized transactions on my Cash App account from Google. There were 47 transactions for $4.99 each, two for $19.99, and one for $6.99, totaling $[redacted].00. I have never authorized these transactions with Google, as I do not even have an Amazon account with them. These unexpected charges have left me financially strained, especially as my unemployment funds have just been deposited. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue and recover my money. Making 47 transactions within three minutes is not something I would ever do, and I do not want to be associated with Google after this incident. Please help me address this matter promptly. I am in need of assistance as I have lost access to my Gmail account, [redacted] Unfortunately, after facing some issues with my device, it had to be reset, causing me to lose access to my Gmail account. Although I remember my password, I did not save my backup codes. When trying to log in, I am prompted to enter my 2-step verification backup codes, which I do not have. I kindly request help either by providing me with a backup code or disabling the 2-step verification for my account. I have experienced over 15 attempted charges dating back to April for various services such as games, Pandora, Zynga, Elation, and more. Initially, the charges were sporadic and small, but lately, Google has been trying to charge me $76.11 every single day for Pandora, ever yet games, and once for the same amount listed as Google Mountain View, CA. This situation is alarming and clearly fraudulent. When I contacted what I thought was customer service, I felt scammed. Google's lack of accessibility makes them appear shady and is tarnishing their reputation.

I have been wrongly accused of not being over 14 years old despite my aging wrinkles. Due to security concerns from Lifelock, I am unable to share personal details such as my birthdate, social security number, or credit card information. My late husband created our Google accounts, including business ones, before he passed away in [redacted]. I have a wide range of professional experience such as being retired from Costco since [redacted], a member of KCPAAA, and currently involved in C.E.R.T. with the Kerr County Sheriff's Department and supporting local 501C organizations. I hope that speaking directly to a Google representative would demonstrate my age and credibility. It is frustrating that my email account has been discontinued, impacting my daily communication. I have created a new email account, but it will take time to adjust and inform my contacts. Hello and thank you for any assistance you can offer. I am experiencing an issue with Google as I am locked out of my own account and my recovery email is not being recognized when I attempt to sign in. Despite multiple attempts using various methods, I consistently receive an error message stating, "You’re trying to sign in on a device Google doesn’t recognize, and we don’t have enough information to verify that it’s you. For YOUR protection, YOU CAN'T sign in here right now." This message persists regardless of the time or method of signing in. Although I have successfully signed in on my current device multiple times and changed my email password multiple times as well, I am now being told that my device is not recognized. I am seeking a solution from a technical support representative who can provide a link to my recovery email for Google, allowing me to reset my email password without being caught in an endless loop of unrecognized account. I am seeking help to recover my hacked Gmail account. It was compromised, and all my passwords for social media, important websites like Credit Karma, and banking information were linked to that account. I have been away for a while, and getting access to my email is crucial as many of the sites need to send password resets there. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number linked to those accounts either. I find it frustrating that as the largest email provider, Gmail doesn't seem to have a straightforward account recovery process without access to the account or linked phone. I remember a time when having a recovery email was enough. I hope to resolve this by verifying my identity and resetting the password to my new email, allowing me to regain access to the hacked account. Hotmail, on the other hand, has a recovery process that worked for me recently. I was able to recover some accounts through it, but my Facebook, banking, Twitter, and Credit Karma are all tied to my compromised Gmail.

A few minutes ago, I received a notification on my phone asking me to verify a sign-in to my Google account which I hadn't initiated. Despite not verifying, my account password was still changed. I tried to recover my account using the [redacted] email address, but I couldn't access the verification code sent to that email. When I chose another method, it said they couldn't confirm my ownership of the account. I urgently need help with this as my account contains important data, including my PayPal details, that I cannot afford to lose.

I need assistance to access my inactive Gmail account. I failed to realize I would need it to recover my passwords and now can't access it due to using an old phone number that was compromised. My recovery email is not working properly. I have verified my account before, but this time it says no accounts found when I try to verify. It is a bit strange to me. The Gmail account I'm trying to recover is [redacted], and my recovery email that I have access to is [redacted] Unfortunately, I no longer have my phone number +52 [redacted] to use for verification. Another email I had for recovery is [redacted], but I can't access that one either. I really need to access my account to unlock the other associated with it. I have about 7 messages from Google with verification codes sent to [redacted] My primary account's old password is (respetoes#1). I suspect someone changed my password. My mother-in-law recently exchanged her iPhone 12 at AT&T due to a defect issue. However, after restoring the iPhone from iCloud, she's unable to sign back into her accounts because she doesn't remember the passwords, particularly for her Gmail and Facebook. We've tried to reset the passwords, but the reset instructions are being sent to her Gmail, which she can't access on her iPhone 12, or to her old phone number, which she no longer has. I can't access my secondary Gmail account, [redacted], as I forgot the password. When I tried to recover it, I received a message saying "Google cannot confirm this account belongs to you." I have a Microsoft account linked to this Gmail and even purchased Minecraft from the Microsoft Store using it. I believe I did not link this Gmail to my main account. I primarily use my laptop (Windows) and my phone (Android), but I may have accessed it from a friend's PC when purchasing Minecraft since Google shows no connection between my devices and [redacted] I am positive I created the account on one of my devices, and the last login was likely in [redacted] as I haven't used it this year.
