I am having trouble accessing my email on my old phone. This has resulted in me losing access to my contacts, WhatsApp, and my Google account, as well as all the saved data including pictures. I am unable to retrieve anything even after years of using the email, and can't turn on my old phone anymore as it won't charge. My phone number is [redacted], and my email is [redacted] When setting up my new phone, I tried to use my email but it was not available. I attempted to use another email address suggested by Samsung, but now I want to go back to using my original email. I am not very tech-savvy but I am trying to learn. I would appreciate it if someone could call me and assist me. Thank you for your help.

I'm having trouble accessing my Gmail account. While I know my email and password, I set up two-factor authentication and the only option provided is to enter a code sent to an old phone number I no longer have. I am unable to recover my account in any other way. I need Google to help me verify my identity so I can regain access to my Gmail, which contains crucial information. I'm having trouble reaching out to Google for support. I collaborate with schools in Texas, and unfortunately, I'm experiencing issues with Workspace and their technical phone support. Initially promised phone support, I was let down when I couldn't find it. Turning to chat support also proved fruitless. Looking into get/human, I was surprised by the charges. If a company doesn't prioritize supporting their product, I can't invest my trust in it. It's disheartening to see our schools struggling with Google products due to insufficient customer service. I'd appreciate a refund and guidance on how to remove all products. It seems like other educational centers in Texas may need to explore alternative solutions since the current one lacks essential support.

The company administrator requires access to a former employee's account. The employee in question is Breanne Isaacson, and her email is [redacted] It's a business account for All American Restoration & Painting, LLC, owned by Chris LePera. As the current Business Manager succeeding Breanne, I am Reba Elliott. Chris needs access for important company documents and photos. Currently, he has admin access to my account and Dennis DaVersa's but lacked it during Breanne's tenure, hindering his ability to retrieve necessary information.

I have recently encountered a situation with 3 misleading reviews on my Google Business page. The reviewers, Zelacusana Encander, Pong Ma, and find John, posted untruthful 1-star reviews after I called out a company that had been spamming my email and mistakenly referred to me as Sally. These reviewers have not visited my business and their accounts show similar behavior in reviewing another business in California. It appears they are using fake reviews as a form of bullying. As a long-time Google AdWords customer who promotes your services, I am disappointed that my report was dismissed without a proper investigation into these reviewers and their questionable practices. Maor Mashiach from Aestus Advertising seems to be involved in this scheme. I urge Google to take action against such activities to protect small businesses like mine. I suspect the email [redacted] is also linked to Aestus Advertising. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I rely on Google Chrome for both school and work purposes. Recently, I changed my password as required by my job, only to find out I couldn't access my work account the next day. After my company's IT department confirmed it wasn't an access issue, I contacted Samsung's IT support, but the problem persisted. They suggested reaching out to Google Chrome support directly. On January 15, [redacted], my device was infected with malware, resulting in unauthorized video uploads to my Google accounts. Upon receiving the "Suspicious activity" notification from Google, I followed the necessary steps to secure my accounts by changing passwords. Despite regaining access, the unwanted videos remained, unbeknownst to me. On January 18, [redacted], YouTube notified me about a video ("FL STUDIO CRACK FULL VERSION") that I did not upload being removed. Subsequently, I was informed that my YouTube channel access was restricted due to a community guidelines violation. After appealing the decision and being advised to secure my account again, I provided evidence of my innocence: the consistent video title, simultaneous account suspensions, and the upload occurring on an unused channel, "Mi Mi," under my main account. While my primary account ([redacted]) was impacted, my active channel (Remoke) on another account remains accessible. The affected accounts include mine ([redacted]) and my brother's ([redacted]).

Subject: Issue with Business Account Suspension I established my business in January [redacted], although it was inactive for some time. Recently, I started reviving it by setting up the profile, sharing photos of my work, and preparing business materials such as cards and proposals. However, I encountered an unexpected suspension of my business account by Google. I realize now that I may have mistakenly used my dad's office address instead of the correct business address from the Article of Incorporation. This discrepancy could be the reason behind the suspension. Despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation and numerous new account setups, I have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue. I have taken steps to update the address in the Article of Incorporation and obtained relevant documentation to prove the legitimacy of my business. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be highly appreciated.

I need urgent assistance! On Friday, January 27th at 2 am, my primary email was compromised. The hacker swiftly changed my password, disabled two-factor authentication, updated my account details, and disconnected all my devices. Consequently, I am unable to regain access. Worrisomely, they also started posting suspicious videos on my YouTube channel. This email is pivotal for my business as it unlocks my Gdrive, housing indispensable spreadsheets, tax records, and sensitive contracts with various global organizations. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Google account after forgetting my password for one of my five accounts. When trying to log in, I encountered security measures, such as verifying through a notification on my phone, that I am unable to complete since my phone is on a separate device from my iPad. Despite trying to use a backup email for verification and changing my password, I am still stuck in a loop of verifying through my phone, which I cannot do because I do not receive notifications. Google's insistence on this form of verification has now led to two of my accounts being blocked, and I am unsure how to proceed as they are not providing alternative methods for verification.

After my cell phone ended up in water, my cell service couldn't transfer data to my new phone. I attempted to log into Google from the new device to transfer everything over. I inputted the correct password three times, but the verification code for the two-step verification needed to go to my Gmail instead of the old phone. I managed to correctly enter the verification code twice. Now, I have received an email stating they will get back to me in three days. This delay is frustrating and not acceptable. I have provided the correct information; why am I still locked out of my Google account?

I have been unable to access my Gmail account, at [redacted], for the past few days. This account is essential for my business with clients, and its inaccessibility is severely impacting my operations. Initially, Google indicated it would take [redacted] hours to recover my account, but later informed me that my recovery request was canceled due to another device still being logged in. I have been struggling to access my Samsung A52 for the past 10 months. A friend initially set it up with a pattern lock, but then forgot it the next day. After attempting a factory reset, the phone now requires the Google account info that was previously synced, which my friend also forgot. I don't have access to the associated phone number or email. Despite trying various solutions and spending hours on hold with no success, I still cannot unlock the phone. My temporary use of a friend's email to seek help highlights my frustration as my previous phone has been out of commission for a month. My email account, [redacted], has been hacked, and the recovery email was changed to [redacted] Both my password and phone number have been altered, and I no longer have access to the account. When I attempt to log in, Google notifies me that a verification code has been sent to my Tecno Hot 10T and Tecno POVA 3, even though I use a Tecno Spark Go [redacted]. As a result, I am completely locked out of my email account, where I have some critical documents. I reached out to the recovery email, [redacted], asking for assistance, but they demanded money before disclosing my account details. I am trying to access my user account on my sister's Chromebook since my computer is no longer working. However, verifying my identity by sending a code to my old phone is not possible. I have a new phone but never updated my phone information on my Google account. I have been using my sister's Chromebook to search for a new computer. I ordered an HP Envy, but it won't arrive for another week. In the meantime, I am trying to access my Google Mail from my sister's Chromebook under her profile. I encountered an issue with an old password notification and need to resolve it. I attempted to access the Chromebook as a "guest" following online recommendations but couldn't find the option. I may need to update my phone number for verification purposes. I also have a recovery email set up, but I did not receive any information on it. I purchased two Google Play store cards, one for $15 and one for $25, and added them to my account. However, I encountered issues trying to use them despite following the instructions to submit photos of the cards and receipts. I bought the cards from a local Walmart, paid with cash, and provided all the necessary information, but I keep getting asked to resubmit the same details. It's frustrating as I cannot access the $40 credit. The support team's responses have not been helpful, and I feel increasingly annoyed by the situation.

I recently changed my Google mail password for my [redacted] account using Applemail. Google sent security checks to my designated security email account, [redacted] However, when I tried to update another gmail password, I received an error message stating I have been locked out of my accounts. This message did not appear when changing the [redacted] password. Currently, I am unable to update any passwords or access Gmail accounts without updating my passwords on Applemail. Please assist. --- Sign in with Google Authorization Error Error [redacted]: invalid_request You can't sign in to this app because it doesn't comply with Google's OAuth 2.0 policy for keeping apps secure. You can let the app developer know that this app doesn't comply with Google's validation rules.
