I purchase a ticket Friday *********For a bus from Memphis to Richmond Va leaving Memphis at *.**pm*To get to my children do to the death of there mom *And could not get on that bus do to the bus being over booked by ** person's*The Agent Ms Tangela inform me and others that another driver would be there in a hour in half. NO BUS ever showed up*The next supervisor had arrived and had no idea what was going on Mr Reginal* Then inform me and others that this disrespectful woman had not notified another driver and the bus was over booked*So he took care of it which took another * hours*By this time it is now *pm and I was informed*That this bus would get me to Richmond Va. Our first stop was in Nashville. After arriving in Nashville At this time I was told to go to the counter for my connecting bus I purchased a ticket that was straight through to Richmond Va to only learn I would need to wait in the station for another ** or more for my connection that would arrive at the Nashville station at **am*Upset angry and alot more *I contacted my wife that drove * hours to rescue me from this Greyhound Night Mare. *Iam asking for a full refund of my purchased ticket compensation for my wife driving time including gas and the mental anguish we endore along with the cost of my Delta airline ticket that leaves*At *am **********To get me to my Greving Family*I have filed several complaints with the BBB. The burow of Transportation and contacted every news media for a complete investigation of the services performed by Greyhound after seeing a driver take cash from a woman and put it in his own pocket to let this woman on his bus to Chicago bus number ******The first line of Your policy states*Once you have purchased a ticket on a greyhound schedule you are guaranteed a seat on that specific schedule*Which is the Biggest Joke**Sincerely*Craig Burden*Ticket info**********GLI******My contact information ***-***-****
