I lost my luggage riding Greyhound on the trip from Newark, NJ to Flemington, GA. I lost my suitcase at Richmond, VA location where we had a pause of *hrs. We were supposed to get on the same bus we arrived into, but at the last minute they had "bus problem" and transferred all of us to another bus to continue the trip. I'm confirming it was greyhound's fault. I noticed my suitcase was missing before we boarded the new bus, but the driver hurried us, so I did not have the time to stay and file a claim. When I got home, I called customer service to file a claim, up until today they never found my luggage. I want to get a refund for my lost baggage, how can I get it? Please help, I lost lot of clothes and items... Thank you
