I am seeking a refund for a ticket I bought on June 6th, [redacted], with claim number [redacted]4. The departure was scheduled for 9:25 pm from Fort Myers, Florida to Tampa, Florida with an arrival time of 1:05 am. I arrived at the bus station at 8 pm and waited until 10 pm, but the station was closed, and the bus did not show up. I have submitted three refund claims for $69.00 each. Despite speaking with several agents, I was informed that there is no customer service agent available for me to speak with and the refund department can only be contacted via email. Unfortunately, I have not received any responses regarding my claims. I am now considering involving the media as a last resort. It is frustrating that Greyhound is selling tickets for services that are not provided. I would appreciate a callback at [redacted] regarding my refund claims.

I would like to share my concerns regarding the recent experience my uncle and aunt had during their trip to a funeral in Indianola, Mississippi. The issues began on Friday, July 30, [redacted], when they left St. Louis, Missouri, on time to arrive in Indianola by 9 am the next day. Unfortunately, the bus stopped in Greenwood, Mississippi, where they discovered there was no bus driver. This delay caused them to fear they would miss the funeral, prompting their nephew to drive to pick them up. Despite the challenges, they arrived just in time for the burial, thankfully. On their return trip on August 2 from Indianola, they faced further inconveniences, including a full bus to St. Louis and a delayed departure, ultimately arriving in St. Louis on August 3. Given these difficulties, they have decided not to travel with Greyhound again and believe they deserve a refund and an apology for their ordeal.

Hello, my name is Tammy Williams. On 8/15/21, I was a passenger on a Greyhound bus traveling from Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Los Angeles, California. The bus made a stop in Phoenix, Arizona before reaching my final destination. Unfortunately, my luggage was not transferred to the bus that took me to Los Angeles. Since 8/15/21, I have been in Los Angeles without my belongings, including important doctor papers. I have reached out to various bus stations without success in locating my luggage. My ticket originally indicated arrival in Los Angeles on 8/14/21, but I only arrived the next day after being stranded roadside, which was incredibly distressing. I have enlisted the help of a lawyer to resolve this situation and seek compensation for the inconvenience. Please contact me at [redacted]. Kind regards, Tammy Williams.

I traveled with my husband on Thursday, August 26, [redacted], on bus #[redacted], driven by a black female with braided hair. Departing Port Authority, NYC around 2:10 PM, I was shocked and appalled by her constant use of foul language during the trip, particularly towards a co-worker. She was disrespectful, rude, and lacked professionalism, creating an unpleasant experience for us as passengers. Her aggressive driving further added to our discomfort.

My daughter bought a non-refundable Greyhound ticket for me to travel from Tampa, Florida to Portland, Indiana to see family I haven't visited since [redacted]. Unfortunately, I missed the bus because my ride didn't show up and I couldn't reach anyone else for help. Despite contacting Greyhound after the departure, they said the ticket was void once I missed the bus. I am disappointed that the $[redacted] ticket is wasted due to this situation. I spoke to a Greyhound agent, but they couldn't assist after the departure time passed. I am hoping for a resolution to this emergency. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted], or by email at [redacted]

I had a bus ticket to depart from Pittsburgh at 9:20 a.m on Saturday. Unfortunately, we didn't leave until close to 1 p.m due to a two-hour delay caused by a broken-down bus. This delay caused me to miss cake tasting with my daughter for her upcoming wedding at 6:30 p.m. The bus we were transferred to was dusty and dirty, triggering my allergies. Fortunately, the seats were cleaned with some Lysol spray, but the overall condition was not up to par. The bus had an unpleasant smell, but the saving grace was the very kind and courteous bus driver, a nice young man with dreadlocks. Despite choosing Greyhound based on a recommendation, my experience was not as pleasant as expected. I'm hoping for a smoother return trip. Thank you.

It's been five days, and I'm still without my bags. Despite being informed three days ago that the bags were located, the Detroit location now claims they don't know where they are. I suspect foul play and am considering legal action. Please contact me promptly to update me on the situation regarding my son's missing bags. It's imperative that this issue is resolved immediately. Please call me back at area code [redacted] to provide an update, or I will have to involve legal counsel today.

As a senior lady traveling alone for about 6.5 hours to visit family, I encountered a disappointing experience with Greyhound today. I was at the Visalia, CA stop to catch the Fresno to LA bus at 6:40 am to connect to Claremont, CA. Unfortunately, the bus was significantly delayed, causing me to miss my connecting bus. Despite monitoring the bus tracker with my daughter, the arrival time kept shifting, eventually leaving me stranded in LA by the time it reached at 12:17 pm. Given the circumstances, I had to be driven to my destination instead of waiting alone for potential alternative connections. I plan to use my return ticket on the 13th and hope for a smoother journey. Regarding today's journey, I kindly request a full refund due to Greyhound's delay causing my missed connection, despite understanding the ticket's non-refundable nature. My name is Hope W. for reference. Thank you.

I bought a one-way bus ticket, but couldn't use it because the station I was leaving from had issues with late buses and no available drivers. I had to find an alternative way to my destination urgently due to a family emergency. Although my ticket was non-refundable, I am requesting a full refund because the transportation was not provided through no fault of mine or several others affected. The website mentions uncertainty with departure/arrival times during the journey but guarantees a bus will reach the destination, which didn't happen during the entire 48 hours I spent at the station.

During my trip from Dallas, TX to Las Vegas, NV with a connection in Los Angeles, CA, my luggage went missing between El Paso, TX and New Mexico. I suspect it might have been lost or even stolen. Despite having all the necessary details and my baggage claim tag, the staff I've spoken to seems unable to assist me or comprehend the situation. I advise anyone traveling with Greyhound to bring carry-on bags due to the frequent occurrence of misplaced luggage by the workers.

I am a disabled person who travels with a service animal. Recently, I had a terrible experience on a bus journey in Trinidad, Colorado. The driver was rude from the start, insisting my 70lb service dog had to be on the floor, despite my prior arrangements. He was condescending and aggressive, even telling me to leave the bus. I stood up for my rights, but he abandoned me in Pueblo, showing no concern for how I would continue my journey. Other passengers tried to intervene, but he dismissed them. This behavior caused fear and distress for both me and my animal. I demand a refund, the driver to be held accountable, and compensation for the suffering he caused. My return trip is approaching, and I expect no further issues. I will pursue legal action for the violation of our rights during this unacceptable ordeal.

On November 3, [redacted], I had a ticket from Atlanta, GA to Texarkana, TX. I was supposed to arrive at 8:40am on November 4, but the bus was delayed and stuck in traffic from 3 or 4 a.m. until 8 a.m. After sitting for so long, I experienced health issues and am requesting a partial refund to seek medical attention. It was concerning that we were not informed about the reason for the delay. I spoke to the bus driver, who was unaware of the situation. Greyhound should have been more proactive in communicating with us. I believe I am owed a refund, voucher, or some form of compensation for the inconvenience. Please contact me at J.H. Barnes@[redacted] or [redacted]. My address is [redacted] N Oats Street, Apt [redacted], Texarkana, AR [redacted]. Thank you, Jimmie Helen Barnes.

I have a letter from a nurse practitioner requesting permission for me to keep both of my dogs for therapeutic reasons, indicating they are emotional support animals. I am looking to travel from Fresno, CA, back to Benton Harbor, MI, where I have been living in shelters with my dogs for nearly two years. After my stepfather's passing three years ago, I was the sole support for his wife, who has since been forced to move out of their shared home after receiving a 30-day notice. I have been residing in a shelter for the past 11 months due to a strained relationship with my stepfather's niece and her partner in Fresno. Would the letter from the nurse practitioner be sufficient for me to travel with both dogs?

I attempted to purchase a Greyhound bus ticket for my son traveling from Pittsburgh, PA to Norristown, KoP, PA. Despite encountering payment issues, I eventually succeeded and received a confirmation email, as did my son. However, on the day of his trip, he was unable to retrieve his e-ticket and was informed by an agent that his ticket had been canceled without an explanation, causing significant inconvenience. The most concerning aspect is that I was charged twice on the payment method that initially showed errors, and my son's debit card was also charged double for the same canceled ticket, resulting in four erroneous charges for a ticket that was never utilized. I am requesting a full refund for these four charges promptly. Traveler's Name: K. Tewodros Booking Confirmation Number: [redacted]

I have encountered multiple distressing issues while traveling with your company. I experienced being removed from the bus by the driver, facing a situation where the authorities were called on me, and being left stranded without my belongings due to a driver's refusal to return my baggage. This led to a traumatic experience of being stuck in Virginia for over 24 hours, enduring freezing temperatures without proper clothing or assistance. The lack of communication, mismanagement of my situation, and disrespectful customer service interactions have significantly impacted me both mentally and physically. I have tried to address these issues through your app and speaking with your staff but have faced additional challenges, including unexpected charges and inadequate support. I urge your team to review the bus's security footage to validate my experiences and consider a refund for the distress and inconveniences I have endured during this journey. Your prompt attention to these matters would be greatly appreciated as I navigate this challenging situation.

I had a Greyhound bus ticket [redacted] for travel on 11/29/[redacted] from Woodbridge, VA to Syracuse, NY, with transfers in Philadelphia to New York City and then to Syracuse. The Woodbridge bus was 1 hour late, causing us to arrive in Philadelphia over 2 hours late due to an unscheduled stop in Wilmington, DE to address an overbooked situation. Due to the delays, a group of at least 6 of us had to book another bus to get to New York City. I didn't use the Philadelphia to NYC portion of the ticket but did eventually reach Syracuse. While in NYC, I found out the bus was overbooked, leading to a second bus being arranged. To avoid these issues, buses should not be overbooked. Mega Bus efficiently got us to NYC. I request a refund for the unused portion of my ticket. Contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you. - S. Trendowski.

I was left stranded by Greyhound in Everett, WA, last night in the cold at midnight. The bus arrived 15 minutes late, and the driver refused to take me to Weed, CA, as per my ticket. He stated he would only go to Seattle, and then the bus would stop because he wouldn't drive it further.

I have been submitting claims since my luggage went missing, but I have only been contacted once after the tracker was placed on each bus terminal. Unfortunately, there have been no updates on the location of my belongings. I provided all the necessary information about the lost items which include clothes, shoes, electronics, medications, a white Coach purse, important documents, and my wallet. The luggage is a grey bag with a black handle and wheels.

I am seeking assistance in locating my mother's luggage. The confirmation number is [redacted]. She goes by the name Marie D., departed from Montreal, Canada on 12/8/[redacted], and arrived in Cleveland on 12/9. An employee in Cleveland offered to assist her by transferring her bag onto the Detroit bus. Unfortunately, upon her arrival in Detroit, her luggage was not there. The bag is grey with white ties around the zipper, and it likely does not have a tag. I have attempted to contact the Cleveland office without success. If the luggage is located, kindly send it to [redacted] Penrod Detroit, MI [redacted]. Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a nonrefundable ticket for my grandson's visit based on information from an online agent that he could travel with a signed release form from his parent. Despite having the form, the bus terminal agent at Lewiston Idaho did not allow my grandson to board the bus. I had to drive a total of 26 hours to pick him up and will have to do the same to take him back home. The ticket confirmation number is #[redacted]7, for a trip from Lewiston Idaho to Salem Oregon on December 18, [redacted]. I kindly request a refund of the ticket cost to my credit card. Thank you, DeAnna Piercy.
