I'm presently on the **:** pm bus from Birmingham to MONROE La.. I stated and marked the correct info online that Im disabled. Ther are * seats behind the driver that are strapped off behind the plastic guard for the driver.. on the opposite side there is the isle seat belted off.. but the window seat wasn't. I sat in the seat. When the driver got he informed me that I couldn't sit in the free window seat. He was very kind in his answer. And said, it's because of COVID. Well I know that's not true. Because my sister is a Greyhound Bus driver for years. I just spoke with her. She advised me to call your office. I informed Greyhound when I bought my ticket. Why would the * seat NOT be belted off and he was safer than anyone else ON the bus. My last trip there ,as a new driver that had a few problems (locating) the Bus Station. That's not the kind of service customers pay for. There is no Explanation online or at the bus stations informing passengers of the matter of Covid. We all had our Mask on. I trust that I should have my Money returned to me as much as I don't like being a problem. Please contact me. My name is Lane Billingsley ***-***-****. I did not complain the last time we had to assist the driver with her destination. But enough is enough. The last time all of the seats were open to the customers. And Covid was much more present at that time. I know that's not true. If I can NOT get my money back please send me the reason and the protocol for the driver's reason for saying the * seats were blocked but the * seat was not. Espescially, when the window seat was NOT belted off.
