I purchased a Groupon for Deli Ciosa in Longmont, Colorado on January 25th. Unfortunately, the business has closed, and I am seeking a refund. It would be helpful if listings in My Stuff indicated when a business has closed to prevent wasted trips. The customer support link is not functioning properly, as it leads to a page with no clear instructions on how to contact them. Frustrating.

I visited Thorndike Dentist in Rochester to book a teeth whitening treatment only to find out that it requires 2 trips, which was not clear when I bought the offer. If I had known, I wouldn't have booked it. They also mentioned no availability for this week. Additionally, Groupon indicates it's 37 miles away, but according to Google Maps, it's actually 10 miles farther. This discrepancy makes it a total of 20 extra miles round trip. I am unhappy with the lack of transparency and accuracy of the information provided by the dentist. I wish to cancel the appointment due to these reasons. Thank you, Julie H.

This is my second attempt to contact Groupon. I am requesting a refund for two purchases I made at Oriental Foot Massage, located at [redacted] SW 8th St, Miami, FL [redacted]. The owner was dishonest in handling my appointments. Despite setting up appointments for 2 pm on April 6, [redacted], when I arrived, I was turned away because I booked through Groupon. The owner asked me to cancel and offered me $20 instead. Another customer arrived without an appointment and was accepted for a full-price service. I am disappointed by this bait and switch tactic and the poor service at Oriental Foot Massage. I demand that Groupon investigates this company for fraud and removes them from their platform. The vouchers I purchased were #[redacted]8 and #[redacted]8 on December 23, [redacted], and February 23, [redacted]. I have consulted with a lawyer who advised me to report this to the authorities. I am eager for a prompt resolution to this matter and the refund of my money. Thank you.

I have had issues with Legacy Box regarding the quality of my order. The tapes and photos I received had lower resolution than expected. My cousin and I visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change which was on promotion for $24.99 instead of the original $42. My transaction went smoothly, but when my cousin tried to purchase hers, the app froze, prompting a repurchase. She needs a refund for the first overcharge. Later, when she tried to use the service, we encountered an error message stating Groupon was temporarily unavailable. She should also be refunded the second charge because she intended to pay the discounted price. In addition to the refunds, she deserves compensation for missing out on the $17 savings. A Groupon code or gift card for future use on the company's app would be appreciated. Thank you for your attention.

I recently purchased a package for 4 laser lipo sessions with 20 minutes of body vibrations and a body wrap, but my experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was initially told that I didn't have one, although the staff managed to fit me in. The treatment room lacked proper hygiene as the bed had no sheets and didn't appear to have been cleaned between clients. The lasers used during the session were not even turned on, despite the technician's insistence otherwise. I spent 30 minutes on the bed without any actual treatment. Additionally, the machine was not even connected to a power source. Overall, I received none of the services I paid for, including the essential laser treatment. I believe this is a scam and I am seeking a refund for my purchase.

I bought a massage deal from Goldtherapy through Groupon. When I tried to schedule, instead of a call, I received a text asking for my preferred date and time, my name, email, and voucher number, which I found suspicious as I hadn't mentioned having a Groupon. After providing the details, I noticed the voucher was immediately marked as used on Groupon's website, which worried me. On the day of my appointment, I got a text saying it needed to be rescheduled due to health issues. I tried to reschedule through text but didn't get a response. Three days later, when I reached out again to reschedule, I was told it was after hours. I'm frustrated as I would have requested a refund when the appointment was canceled, but the Groupon was already marked as redeemed. I used to enjoy using Groupon and relied on their customer service hotline, but now I'm reconsidering using them again if this issue can't be resolved.

This is my second request for assistance. Today, I visited Bella Vita LLC for a chemical peel. Originally, my appointment was scheduled for April 5th at 1:00 pm, but it was rescheduled by the operator to today, April 8th at 1:00 pm. Upon showing the Groupon on my iPhone, I was informed that it was for a facial, not a chemical peel. My husband purchased the Groupon for $92.00 on April 3, [redacted], using his credit card. The operator suggested I contact Groupon to request a transfer to a chemical peel or a refund. The Groupon code is "Save" with barcode # [redacted]7. I am inquiring whether the $92.00 can be applied to three chemical peels or refunded. For communication, please email me at [redacted] I need a prompt reply as I have been charged $[redacted].00 for three chemical peel treatments, and I am unable to afford both charges. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you, Anita Campion.

I reached out to the company to schedule the procedure I purchased on Groupon, but they informed me that the earliest availability was in a few months. In addition, their customer service was lacking professionalism and warmth. I would rather not engage with a business displaying such qualities. It would be advisable for them to be transparent on Groupon about their scheduling limitations. Waiting for two months for the procedure is inconvenient, and dealing with unfriendly staff is unpleasant.

I purchased 2 Groupons for ProFlowers a while ago, paying $18 for each, totaling $36. Unfortunately, the codes did not work on the ProFlowers website. When I tried to return them, I was only offered a "trade in" value for each Groupon, which I didn't use at that time as none of the available options interested me. Now, I would like to either use the $36 I spent on another Groupon or receive a refund for the unused vouchers. Thank you.

I had an issue with my Groupon purchase at Bella Vita LLC. I intended to get 3 Chemical Peels but the deal was for 3 facials. During the service, I was informed that the Groupon was not suitable for the peel. I'm requesting to switch it to a 3 visit chemical peel. The order was made on April 3rd, invoice # [redacted]7, with the code "save." I cannot afford the peel charges along with the $92.00 Groupon payment. I've contacted Groupon three times about this matter. I'm hoping to either use the $92.00 for the Chemical peel or get a refund to my credit card. Contact me at [redacted] for further assistance. Thank you, Anita Campion

I recently purchased eyelash extensions for both my mother-in-law and myself. While my appointment went well, unfortunately, the technician informed my mother-in-law that she couldn't proceed due to her recent eyelash loss from an accident. We decided against the service for her and requested a refund. The manager advised me to contact Groupon, where the purchase was made, for the refund process. I would appreciate it if I could receive an email outlining the steps to take for the refund. Thank you.

I made a reservation for a 2-night stay as a special surprise for my fiancé's 50th birthday. We have a blended family with 5 children, one of whom has significant medical needs, making occasions like this rare and precious for us. We were considering the venue for our wedding and thought staying there would help us decide. However, upon booking, the hotel mentioned a large rugby player event scheduled on the Friday night, a far cry from the quiet and peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for. Unfortunately, changing dates is not an option due to the special occasion and challenges in arranging care for our child, so we kindly request a refund for our stay.

I noticed a charge of £4.74 on my bank statement recently, but I don't recall making any purchases for that amount. Customer service requested a copy of the bank statement for the disputed charge related to Groupon. I took a photo as requested and would like to know how to send it for verification.

Hello, I am experiencing a significant problem with two Groupons I bought from your company on July 25, [redacted], for Century Feet. I am requesting a refund for both of these vouchers. Your company states that even if a voucher is not redeemed by the specified date, the value of the voucher never expires. However, when I tried to redeem this voucher twice at Century Feet, the owner could not process it on both occasions. Recently, when I attempted to use the voucher again, the owner informed me that he had closed his Groupon account with your company and could not honor my purchased vouchers. As a result, I had to pay the full amount for my appointment. Century Feet continues to operate but refuses to accept my Groupon. I am extremely frustrated and upset. I am looking for a prompt resolution. Tara

I bought a Rivolite 3-piece luggage set on Groupon a few months back. When I used it for the first time in March, the biggest piece arrived cracked from the carousel. I reached out to Rivolite but received no response. Their 5-year warranty states that customers need to handle return shipping costs, which in this case, would be more expensive than the luggage itself. Can someone help me with this situation? I find their products to be of inferior quality. Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted]

I booked a two-night stay at a hotel through Groupon, paying in advance. Despite the order details confirming the reservation, the hotel had no record upon my arrival. They provided an alternative room, different from what I had booked through Groupon. Unexpectedly, I was charged extra fees upon checkout that Groupon did not disclose during booking. I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience, not receiving the room I initially booked, and the additional charges incurred.
