I accidentally received 2 greenhouse tunnels instead of 1 from Groupon and am trying to return the extra one, but I can't access the page. The message "Groupon is not available at the moment" has been appearing for weeks. Could someone help me figure out how to return the item and get a refund? I keep receiving emails prompting me to buy more greenhouses, even though I'm having trouble returning the extra one. My email address is correct, but it's claiming there's an issue. My email address, [redacted], has been the same one I've used for over 15 years with both Virgin and Groupon.

I bought a Groupon from King Spa in Denton, Texas, [redacted], on August 14, [redacted], and used my Mastercard for payment. I have a printed sheet showing the payment but noticed it lacks a barcode essential for receiving the service. I was charged an additional $40, which I find unfair. I am requesting a refund for the $40. Both my husband and I are upset by this incident. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach a person at Groupon for assistance. I am considering seeking help from my brother, who is an attorney, if necessary. We are both in our sixties and feel we have been treated unfairly. I am reaching out to you in the hopes of resolving this situation amicably.

Hello, I ordered the Swarovski crystal jewelry gift set last week. Shortly after, I received an email confirming that the order had been shipped. For the last 5 days, I have been checking Groupon's website for my order status, and it shows that it has been refunded. However, I have not received any notification about an issue with the order or the refund. Additionally, I have checked my bank statement multiple times, and there is no record of the refund. I trusted Groupon, as I heard it was a reliable site. I am disappointed because I ordered this item as a birthday gift from my children for my birthday on November 25th, and I was counting on receiving it in time. I purchased a Groupon for Garrison Place Massage for a 60-minute massage with voucher #[redacted]6 Groupon #VS-XJXN-CLYJ-M7H5-W96W. I called the vendor to send the Groupon and voucher numbers via text prior to my appointment. However, her number was blocked on my phone, preventing me from doing so. After a few attempts to communicate, she was unable to provide a solution for sending the information as requested before the appointment time. Consequently, it seems the appointment was considered null and void as I didn't meet the requirement. Despite my efforts to reschedule, I was denied the opportunity by the vendor due to the missed appointment. I kindly request a refund for this Groupon purchase as I was unable to use it as intended. I've tried contacting Customer Service several times without success. The live chat option I found was only for the USA, not helpful as I needed UK support. My issue is regarding a recent purchase where the discount voucher “THANKYOU5” wasn't applied to my order. Can you please adjust my order accordingly? Thank you, Roger Burgess.

I bought 2 Groupons for remote starters. Before purchasing, I called the company to ask about additional fees for my specific cars. They assured me there wouldn't be any extra costs based on the make and model provided. However, when scheduling, they now claim there's a $99 additional fee for each car. This is frustrating, especially since without the Groupon, the installation cost is $[redacted], and I paid $[redacted] for each Groupon. I feel misled as they wouldn't charge extra without the Groupon. I just want a refund for both Groupons purchased as I verified this information beforehand.

It is your responsibility to deliver my entire product, as stated in Dutch law. I have 14 days to return it, according to the competition organization. Subject: Complaint regarding broken TV Unit Delivery I placed an order for a television stand on November 6, [redacted] through Groupon. After waiting for 2 weeks, I finally received the package on Friday, November 20 from the GLS center in Rotterdam. Upon inspection, I discovered that the package was damaged during transport, with two long slabs broken in half. I have taken photos of the damage and will send them along. I am quite upset about this situation, especially after the long wait. I have informed Groupon about the issue, and they were not pleased either. I am requesting either a prompt replacement or a refund. I expect a quick resolution to this matter, as this delay is causing inconvenience. I also believe some form of compensation is necessary due to the negative impact on the company's reputation, especially since other customers in Rotterdam were interested in ordering similar products. I am requesting a full refund to be credited back to my credit card for the two products that were lost in transit by FedEx. I have been asking for this refund and have only been offered Groupon bucks instead. I would like to clarify that I do not want Groupon bucks; I want the full refund to be sent to the original credit card used for the purchase. Kindly process a cash refund for me. Thank you.

I purchased this item specifically to utilize a £5 voucher that was sent to me via email, without which I wouldn't have made the purchase. Unfortunately, the voucher code did not work as expected. I kindly request one of the following options: 1. Cancel the order entirely. 2. Refund £5 to the card that was used for the purchase. 3. Complaint filed on 11/23/20 with Antonia in live chat. Promised email not received as of today. The complaint is as follows: Over the weekend, I received both activity trackers in the mail. I charged both and installed the corresponding app. I was able to sync one tracker via Bluetooth with my husband's smartphone (A5). The time and date were updated. The second tracker cannot sync with my smartphone (S5), even though Bluetooth pairing is active. The tracker does not update the time or date. Today, I went to the mobile phone shop to have the tracker checked with my S5. The service technician found that "S5 works fine, but the tracker's Bluetooth is not responsive." What do you suggest? Order number [redacted], offered by BestWorld, indicates on Groupon My Stuff that the order was shipped to arrive on Wednesday, 11/25/[redacted] via UPS. However, upon tracking the package through UPS, I discovered that while the label was created, the package was not picked up by UPS and therefore not actually shipped. I suspect I may be a victim of a scam as the seller has not responded to my messages. This is a time-sensitive gift, and I am eager for a resolution. It is frustrating that Groupon's support is challenging to reach, leaving me feeling like I am getting the runaround. I hope this matter will be resolved promptly. Thank you.

I bought two Hop On/Hop Off passes for one Adult and one child (four people total) from Big Red Bus Tours in Washington, D.C. Our trip with two adults and two children under 6 is scheduled from December 18-23. We planned to use the Groupons on 12/20 or 12/21 at the Big Red Bus Ticket Plaza, depending on the weather and pandemic situation. We will be at the Willard InterContinental Hotel, a regular bus stop. The vouchers I printed show an expiration date of 12/1, just two days after purchase. Unfortunately, there's no phone number for Big Red Bus, and all support is online. They don't assist with third-party redemptions. How should I go about redeeming these two passes for four people? I recently received the dog collars from Qualtry, but unfortunately, the quality was very poor. The lettering for the name and phone number is unreadable. Now, I received a notification that my order for the same collars is about to expire. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue. I recently purchased dog collars from Groupon, but unfortunately, the quality of the product was good; however, the names and phone numbers on them were unreadable. I am requesting a refund for this issue. Furthermore, I noticed on my Groupon account that there is an impending expiration for my dog collar order. I did not place a second order and would like this removed from my account. Additionally, there seems to be a problem using my Groupon Bucks. Whenever I attempt to use them, I encounter difficulties. I have been attempting to reach Groupon for a refund using the phone number [redacted]. Unfortunately, the number is not functioning properly and prompts me to contact their agents online, but there is no option for live chat or email. The Groupon I bought is for a company that closed due to COVID-19, and it has expired. My order number is [redacted], and the amount is $39.56. I have been a loyal Groupon customer for 8 years and have never encountered such difficulty in contacting customer service. Given the current circumstances, I have been unable to redeem this Groupon and would like a refund.

I would like a refund for the amount charged to my credit card so that I can make use of my credits as originally planned. I have been dealing with an ongoing issue with LATISSE for months. I placed an order for Latisse this summer, but it was canceled. I tried again, and the order was also canceled. In July, I placed another order for the larger jar for over $[redacted], but it never arrived. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with LATISSE and Groupon, I have had no success. I have exchanged around 30 emails with them but have reached a dead end. I am frustrated and angry as a retired individual on a limited budget.
