I've had live chats with four representatives named Adriana and Siabonga. Unfortunately, both of them stopped responding to me without addressing my issue. Back on November 1st, I bought a $25 Sam's Club membership that was charged to my credit card, but I can't find it in my account. Sam's Club informed me that since I purchased it through Groupon, they couldn't assist me. They provided me with a reference number, [redacted]00. I'm unsure of what happened to my purchase after being charged, but I believe I'm owed an explanation.

I purchased a Sam's Club membership for $20.00 but I have been unable to activate my membership voucher. I have reached out to Sam's Club customer service multiple times, and they directed me to Groupon customer service. However, I found Groupon customer service to be unhelpful as I could not connect with a live person without being prompted to pay for assistance. I am considering disputing the $20.00 charge with my credit card if I do not receive help to activate my purchase and obtain the voucher to present in-store at Sam's Club.

Unfortunately, I have not received my voucher number or redemption code to utilize my purchase at any Sam's Club store. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to contact Groupon's customer support and only encountered automated responses. Sam's Club advised me to reach out to Groupon for the voucher number and redemption code, leading to a frustrating experience. Due to the challenges faced in obtaining my Sam's membership number and card, I would like to cancel my membership purchase.

I recently contacted support regarding a refund for my Groupon due to a merchant not confirming an appointment. Despite trying to reach out via both phone and email, I received no response as the business seemed to have closed down. I was assured a refund within 10 days, but it has now passed that timeframe. Upon following up through the online chat, they claimed they had no record of my refund request, despite my multiple attempts. During my last visit, I was informed that it hadn't quite been 10 days since the initial request.

I created a Groupon account with the email [redacted] and placed some orders using the mobile app. However, when I tried to log in again, it says the email is not valid. I then tried using my Gmail account [redacted], but it also didn't show any orders. Even though I updated my card details, I received an email regarding payment issues for purchases made under [redacted] It seems there may be multiple accounts, and I need help consolidating them. Could you please assist me in merging all my orders since November [redacted] into one account? Additionally, I have concerns about the charges from purchases made on 12/6/[redacted]. I had a recent interaction with Groupon Customer Support. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response. "On December 4, [redacted], I placed an order with Groupon. The order number is #1[redacted]02-[redacted]. I was informed that I would receive a notification once the package was shipped, but I have not received any updates or the package itself." Hopefully, this issue can be resolved promptly.

I purchased a Groupon deal for Botox at AGLOW Aesthetics in Huntington Beach, CA, for $[redacted] with Angela Carlson. I had to reschedule my appointment due to being snowed in near Big Bear on Wed, Dec 14 at 1pm, but I was still unable to make it due to my car being stuck. Despite trying to reschedule, the appointments were full when I was finally able to leave. AGLOW Aesthetics suggested I contact Groupon for a refund. I reside in Northern California and cannot wait for future openings. Kindly refund the amount to my Southwest Airlines Credit Union debit/credit card ending in [redacted]. I had a few problems with someone misusing my Groupon account and accessing my personal checking account. While I did receive reimbursements for three transactions, the largest one for $[redacted].68 from December 18 still hasn't been refunded. My Groupon account, linked to [redacted], was deleted after I reported the issue, and now I'm unsure how to address my expired Groupon deals without access to that account.

My Groupon order from Eyebrows and More LLC has been stuck on "processing" since yesterday, and the Maya Ice Cream Roll voucher is also in the same situation. There are four orders processing for the Eyebrows and More LLC purchase on my Groupon App. Additionally, my Discover Card shows pending charges for Groupon - four charges of $0.01 each, along with processed charges of $14.88 and $3.80. Hello, I am requesting a full refund for a Sam's Club membership I bought for $20 with automatic renewal. When I tried to pick up the membership at Sam's Club, I was informed that it expired in 45 days, and they were unable to provide me with a card. I ended up having to purchase another card on the spot, so I no longer require the first one. I kindly ask for a refund and for the cancellation of the renewal. Hello, I ordered "blue plates" from Groupon. I am the sender, Mrs. Henri Marie Christine, at 7 Rue Bossuet, Apartment [redacted], Orleans, Loiret, France. I bought them on December 12, [redacted], for the recipient, Frederic and Cindy Flavigny, at 7 Rue Max Jacob, St. Benoit sur Loire, 45 Loiret, France. If you check my Groupon orders, you'll see that these plates have been paid for. It seems they are in transit at French customs. I have sent many emails about this, but the replies I receive are not addressing the issue. Where are these plates? They are for a Christmas gift! I don't have the tracking number in front of me. In June, I purchased a deal for a two-night stay at Great Wolf Lodge in Bloomington, MN, totaling $[redacted].83. However, upon arrival on 8/26/22, the Lodge had no reservation from Groupon and I had to book again directly. Despite contacting Groupon, the issue was not resolved, and I was told the purchase was outside the cancellation period. I expressed that I didn't want to pay for what I didn't receive. The Groupon representative suggested cancelling the order, but I meant I did not want to cancel, just not pay twice for the same stay. The Lodge mentioned this problem occurs frequently. I am seeking a full refund, including fees, for the service Groupon failed to provide.

Regarding my email sent two days ago, a throw I purchased overheated and could have harmed my daughter or even worse, my grandchildren. My order number is [redacted]51, and I am unable to locate the redemption code. The purchase was made on the 7th of December at 9:55 am through PayPal. The invoice ID is 4TCZ4529JY098380A, with the same email address. I am concerned that you cannot find the order associated with this email. If the refund is not processed promptly, I will reach out to PayPal for assistance. Today, on 29.12. at 1:00 pm, I had an appointment for an Ayurvedic massage. I rang the bell, but no one was there. I called the landline (left a message on the answering machine) and the mobile phone, but got no response. There was no reply to my text messages either. At 2:08 pm, I received a call from a lady asking where I was. She offered me a shortened massage session instead. I do not agree with this proposal and would like to request a refund of the amount paid.

On July 22, [redacted], I bought a Groupon voucher for a facial from Skin and Brow in Chattanooga and Botox at Thrive Wellness in Chattanooga, totaling $[redacted]. However, both companies refused to honor the deal despite my appointments being made before the expiration dates. As a long-time Groupon member, I have never encountered this problem before. I bought several items that never arrived, including nine vacuum cleaners, two massages from different salons without receiving vouchers, expired class rings, an incomplete pack of bras, and a used comforter with cuts and unsewn areas. This situation is terrible; I feel scammed out of a lot of money. I demand a refund.

I was given a Groupon for a nearby restaurant, but it expired due to the COVID quarantine. We couldn't use it to redeem the $51 value. The restaurant suggested I contact Groupon for possible solutions, mentioning they would still honor it. The deal included a dinner show with a bottle of wine, but they no longer have shows. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I am feeling really disappointed and frustrated. Initially, I was thrilled to buy a coupon from the hair artistry in Fort Myers, FL. However, dealing with their customer service has left me feeling very upset. I only intended to purchase one deal, but I was mistakenly charged for two. Since the coupon is only valid for first-time users and I can only use it once, I really need a refund for one of the charges. Losing $40 is a significant amount for me and I hope someone can understand my situation. The order number is #1[redacted]05 [redacted], bought on 1/18/23. Please arrange for a credit to be issued.
