I am transferring my number to another mobile company. I need my porting information. Your regular customer service number does NOT WORK for me. After I enter area code and try to press* to confirm it says there is an error. This has happened many time, which is one reason I am moving on.

GetHuman-adigam did not yet indicate what H2O Wireless should do to make this right.
