Again, I spoke to a "Human" who got on screen with me to connect my newly purchased printer. He helped to a point but couldnt get it connected. He was going to transfer me to "telephone department" but they had gone home. Prior to that transfer he asked if I had a USB cable, I did not have a correct one, so he said I should buy one and then call back. So far all I find are screens but nobody to talk to me. I would like someone to talk to, not email, but I have given you my email address and I'm still waiting.
