Working at store #58 was challenging due to threats from a co-worker and a disrespectful AM. The GM failed to address these issues, which led to a stressful environment. The GM's lack of involvement, spending time on social media during shifts, and demanding attitude made it difficult for employees to feel appreciated. The pressure to manipulate surveys, change shifts on days off, and the overall lack of support caused many employees to quit. The unfair treatment and fear of repercussions prevented us from speaking up. Kristina Clark was the only manager who encouraged us to voice our concerns. I have evidence of the GM neglecting her duties while on the phone during work hours.

Hello Team, I am from Chandigarh. On Wednesday, I mistakenly placed an order for a Gurgaon address. Upon realizing the error, I promptly cancelled the order and placed a new one for Mohali. Despite contacting the Gurgaon location and customer care, the refund process has been delayed. I was provided with a complaint number (K120_[redacted]) and assured that the refund would be processed within 48 hours to my Paytm Account. However, I have yet to receive the refund, and the contact numbers provided have been unresponsive for several days. The individuals I interacted with were Anuj, Nitesh from customer care, Siroj Khan, and Dheeraj from Gurgaon KFC Cyber Park. KFC Team, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and service. It has been a frustrating experience trying to resolve this issue. Good evening, I am currently at one of your Brampton, Ontario locations that is supposed to be open until 11pm. However, they surprisingly closed the doors over an hour early, leaving many customers, including myself, disappointed. Several groups were turned away, leading some to try the drive-thru option, where even there they ran out of chicken after serving only two cars. This left a lot of us frustrated and dissatisfied with the service. When I finally placed my order, I was informed they had no chicken left, which was quite shocking. I usually don't complain, but the staff's dismissive and rude behavior towards all of us doesn't align with the family values KFC is known for. Hello, I would like to report an incident that occurred last night at the KFC in The Avenues. We purchased a 9-piece chicken bucket meal, however, the chicken was undercooked, and we requested assistance from the staff and manager on duty. Unfortunately, they made us wait for nearly 45 minutes without resolving the issue. It appeared that other customers, possibly Kuwaiti or Egyptian, were attended to more promptly. As I mentioned to the manager, I work in the food industry and understand busy periods, but the service we received was unacceptable. We were treated poorly despite being paying customers. I experienced an excessively long wait time at the drive-thru today. I was the 4th car in line and waited for over 15 minutes. When I went inside, nobody acknowledged me for over 10 minutes. I paid extra for more white meat in a 10-piece combo because we don't eat dark meat, but there was another wait for this. Unfortunately, my order was completely wrong, with old, greasy dark meat chicken instead of the white meat I requested. The portion included 5 legs, 2 thighs, and 2 breasts, which was disappointing. The cinnamon rolls were also terrible. As a bakery deli manager and production supervisor myself, I was shocked by the poor quality. This was my first and last visit to this location, as the experience was extremely unsatisfactory. I will be sharing my disappointing experience with others. I live very close by, but it took me over an hour to receive my meal. I would appreciate a refund as the food was inedible and a major letdown, especially since my husband is dealing with cancer and recently had a stroke. This experience highlighted the need for better employees and leadership at this establishment.

During my recent visit to the [redacted] S Havana St, Aurora, CO [redacted] location, I encountered some issues with the service towards closing time. Despite the staff being out of certain items, we placed an order. Unfortunately, they later informed us that they did not have all the components for our order, and we requested a refund. The situation escalated when the manager, who was not in a company uniform, refused to process the refund that evening and asked us to return the next day. When I asked for a signed receipt to avoid complications, the manager reacted rudely and inappropriately, using offensive language towards us. The lack of professionalism and disrespect shown by the staff was shocking and disappointing. Despite the unresolved refund and the unpleasant experience, I still hope to receive a response regarding this matter.

I want to report an issue with one of your branches located at [redacted] Austin Bluffs Parkway, Colorado Springs, CO [redacted]. I have repeatedly faced a problem where the lobby is closed before the official closing time of 9:00 PM. Last night, at 8:52 PM, I encountered a situation where a staff member rushed to lock the doors before I could enter and directed me to use the drive-thru. This was handled in a manner that I find unprofessional, and it has not been the first time I've experienced issues at this store. I live nearby but will go out of my way to visit a different location in the future. This experience has led me to decide not to return to this store.

Yesterday, June 30th, around 4:07 p.m., I placed two orders for extra crispy wing meals. One meal was a 4-piece with potato logs and cole slaw, while the other was a 2-piece with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. The staff informed me that there were only 2 extra crispy wings available, resulting in a 15-minute wait which I agreed to. Despite multiple time checks at 4:22, 4:30, and 4:35, there was a delay. A manager or supervisor briefly appeared but did not address the delay. Eventually, a lady emerged, apologized for the wait, and suggested exchanging for original recipe. I insisted on waiting for the order as placed. When I inquired about the delay, she mentioned needing time to prepare the chicken. Frustrated by the lack of earlier communication, I requested a refund around 4:43 and received it promptly. Due to the stressful situation with my daughter in the car, I did not capture her name or receive a receipt. I attempted to call the restaurant later but experienced silence before the call ended. After several unsuccessful tries, I am reaching out here for further assistance.

I travel frequently for work and often dine out. Recently, I visited the KFC and Taco Bell in Clear Lake, Iowa on consecutive nights and had to return my meals each time due to issues with the food. Both times, I dealt with the same manager, who had a very disappointing attitude. The first night, I returned soggy, oily, and raw chicken. On my second visit, the burritos were cold and incorrect, and the chicken was once again raw. The manager's behavior was even worse this time. She displayed a condescending attitude, including eye-rolling and loud movements throughout the refund process. I sarcastically thanked her for her "wonderful" customer service, to which she replied that being nice wasn't part of her job description. Despite my love for Taco Bell and KFC, I will not be returning to this location. Due to the stress and poor treatment I experienced, I feel a free family meal (or a few) would be a suitable gesture.

Yesterday, at [redacted] Annamark Drive, Madison, WI [redacted], around 3 pm to 5:50 pm, my wife, brother-in-law, and daughter visited a restaurant. The cashier claimed the card was declined, and my brother couldn't use his internet which caused frustration. Following an argument, my wife flipped an empty cup, and the cashier made inappropriate remarks leading to a threat to call [redacted]. My wife is upset by the incident involving comments about her weight. I am seeking action against the restaurant and the cashier's behavior towards my family. This type of harassment is unacceptable, and I expect appropriate measures to be taken.

I encountered an issue during the hiring process. I was transparent during my interview with a District Manager when questioned about my background and revealed having a misdemeanor. The General Manager assured me it was acceptable as long as it wasn't a felony. I resigned from my current job and was immediately offered a position based on the information I provided. However, three days later, I was informed by the store manager that I had a felony on my record, which is incorrect. I have documentation proving I have a misdemeanor and offered to fax it over, but the manager was non-committal. Despite providing the paperwork in person at the store located at [redacted] Aramingo n Castor Ave in Philadelphia, PA [redacted], I have been unable to reach the District Manager, Lisa. The store manager has not shared the District Manager's contact information, leaving me in a state of uncertainty. I find the lack of communication unprofessional and frustrating. This situation has left me unemployed as my previous employer will not rehire me. I was counting on this job and now face the possibility of seeking legal advice for defamation of character and discrimination. I kindly request someone to reach out to me. I visited KFC in Central Islip and placed an order, requesting biscuits. While at the drive-through, I waited for 20 minutes observing the staff laughing and moving slowly. Initially, they only gave me one biscuit, which seemed insufficient considering my $30 purchase. When I asked for four, they took an additional five minutes to inform me they were out of biscuits. After a 40-minute drive home to Mastic Beach, NY, I realized they had failed to include the biscuits I ordered. I am disappointed by the long wait, lack of professionalism, and poor service. This experience has left me unsatisfied, and I will not be returning due to the consistent issues I encounter each time I visit.

I had a bad experience at the KFC in Seminole, Oklahoma two nights ago. I arrived at 10:15 p.m., just before closing time, and they made me wait for 15 minutes only to tell me they were closed. Tonight, they seemed more focused on the drive-through customers than the ones inside. There was a woman in the kitchen without a hairnet, which customers complained about, and the staff were rude. One woman without a hairnet was chatting at the drive-thru window for 15 minutes before informing us they were closed. Many customers, including me, are frustrated with the management. Adam was the only one working hard to assist customers at the front.

I recently visited KFC and received very poor service. Two visits ago, we waited about 10-15 minutes after checking in before being told to wait longer. Tonight, the service was even slower, with the drive-through getting quicker attention. Two women in the back appeared disorganized without uniforms or hairnets. When I tried to talk to the staff, only one man named Adam was actively helping while the others stood around. This kind of treatment of customers is unacceptable and makes me concerned about the business's future. I believe it might be time for new management at this KFC location.

Yesterday, my family and I visited the KFC on East Main Street in Mesa, Arizona. We ordered an 8-piece chicken bucket with two sides - macaroni and cheese, and coleslaw. Unfortunately, when we got home, we found the portions of macaroni and cheese and coleslaw were not adequate for four people. The chicken was very dry, and the skin was tough to chew. We suspect it might have been leftover from the previous night since we arrived only 15 minutes after the store opened. Disappointed with this experience, we had to discard the food and purchase fried chicken from a grocery store instead. I visited KFC on 13 Mile Southfield, Michigan, ordering the 4 Wings Dinner and $5 Fill Up Popcorn Chicken combo expecting a drink included. I received only one soda. My issue isn't the missing drink but the poor quality of the old chicken served to me. As a 60-year-old with management experience, I could tell the food was not fresh. The staff must be trained better. A light-skinned employee served me old chicken, and another dark-skinned girl with a ponytail, not wearing a hairnet, showed attitude when I returned the food. I will not be returning to this establishment. Perhaps corporate needs to visit and ensure better operations and customer service by having a diverse team. My money is welcome elsewhere - the gas station on 10 Mile and Greenfield has good chicken. This negative experience on July 7, [redacted], means I will no longer support this business. Shannon

I visited your Rey.oh store #J625228 and encountered familiar issues. Insufficient staff led to long wait times, causing frustration among customers. The drive-thru and inside the store were both crowded, with only three employees working. Witnessing customers leaving and staff being overwhelmed was disheartening. The situation was exacerbated by a customer returning a large order, vowing not to order again. Balancing profit with customer satisfaction is crucial; without content customers, profit is at risk. Staff were doing their best, but the lack of assistance was evident. It is essential to provide adequate support or consider closing the store to prevent further customer dissatisfaction. I am willing to give the store another chance, hoping for improvements. Employees should not bear the brunt of customer frustration as the root cause lies in understaffing. I ordered $50 worth of food for dine-in but discovered that half of our value meals were missing. When we asked the cashier for the rest of our order, we were met with rudeness from the staff. The place was messy with dirty tables, unswept floors, and looked disorganized. Even though my children like the chicken from here, the buffet was empty, and the steam well smelled burnt with no water in it. This KFC on Stockton Hill in Kingman, AZ, needs a new manager and employees who care about maintaining the location because its current state shows a lack of concern.

I previously worked at the location in San Marcos, Texas. My General Manager, Colton, made me feel uncomfortable, and he acknowledged it by asking me directly. One incident that occurred involved my phone being near my chest, and he touched it while Raquel M witnessed. After I warned him about touching me, there was another instance where he touched my backside when I bent over. He mentioned owing me money to excuse his actions. I also observed him reaching into Raquel's pocket slowly. There are more unsettling incidents involving his interest in Raquel and my phone. Additionally, he made inappropriate comments, such as warning Raquel about a "big snake" while she was bending over. Despite my discomfort, another employee named Tony dismissed my concerns. I feel violated by these experiences.

On Saturday, July 6th, I was supposed to pick up my order of chicken and a tray of macaroni and cheese to serve at least 50 to 60 people at 1:00 pm. When I arrived, I stood in line at the pickup counter, and my daughter joined me shortly after. Despite waiting for 20 minutes, no one assisted me until around 1:20 pm. To my disappointment, they had no record of my order and explained that the manager had left due to a family emergency. They informed me that my order would not be ready until 2:00 pm. Upon returning at 2:03 pm, I found them just packing the chicken in individual buckets and the macaroni in bowls instead of the usual aluminum trays. I noticed the chicken still had a hint of red, indicating it needed further cooking. Despite my frustrations, I managed to salvage the situation using my own trays. This incident marked the second negative experience this month at the Bay City, Michigan location on the corner of Three Mile and West Saginaw Road. After speaking with others, it seems they have encountered similar issues. I had placed a significant order totaling around two hundred dollars.
