I submitted a ticket to Lightinthebox customer service (ticket ID: [redacted]5, order number: [redacted][redacted]), but it was closed without resolving my issues. I placed my order on 02/16/[redacted] and have not been reimbursed for customs fees of [redacted] euros despite purchasing insurance to avoid these fees. Moreover, I have not received a refund of [redacted] euros for a returned order that was rejected without clear reasons. Although customer service mentioned sending a return voucher, it has not been provided yet. I have opened a new ticket and received automated responses about longer processing times but no real progress. I have multiple issues pending, and my patience is wearing thin. I am requesting a refund for my recent order. Unfortunately, the delivery person left my package outside my door while I was at work, and it was stolen before I returned home. I wish they had contacted me to arrange for pickup instead. I really need a refund for this situation. Thank you.

I believe my order was stolen as I never received it. LightInTheBox.com Order No.[redacted]7 for Men's Unisex Boots worth CAD $81.44 is not in my possession. The item was ordered on [redacted]-06-02 with Credit or Debit Card payment. Billing and shipping details are correct. My order included a pair of boots in size 42 and color brown. I need help with obtaining a refund for products that were not as described when I placed my order. I don't have an account and don't wish to create one. I want to return my items due to poor quality. I followed the return process but received an email saying there was another ticket in the system and that they canceled one to avoid confusion. I worry this might be a tactic to prevent returns.

Hello, my order number is [redacted]4. My name is Ouafia Lakhnech. Good afternoon. I received my item yesterday, 25/06/[redacted], and unfortunately, it was too small. I immediately requested a return within the same hour, explaining the sizing issue. Instead of receiving a return ticket, I got an email implying that I bought the item by mistake and no longer need it. This was disheartening as I followed the Return Policy guidelines of returning the item within 7 days in new condition with original packaging. I am in Brazil, and I made an online purchase of two items on Lightinthebox.com using a bank slip bar code through my online banking to avoid using my credit card. They acknowledged my payment after two days, then took five working days to prepare for shipment. It took nearly 6 months for the items to arrive after being given a tracking number. There was no update on the shipment status after China Post collected them. After waiting 7 months, I reached out to customer service requesting a refund as the delivery had not progressed. They repeatedly apologized and asked for personal details such as my social security number, tax ID, and bank account information. They even suggested I open a PayPal account to simplify things. The purchase was made in April [redacted], and it is now approaching July [redacted].

My daughter purchased a prom dress for the event on June 28, using all her savings. The order originally promised delivery from June 23 to 25 but was delayed until July 1 to 7, after the prom. This left her no choice but to buy another dress urgently. Upon receiving the delayed dress on July 1, she was disappointed in the poor quality and lack of value for money. Please contact me at [redacted] in relation to my intention to report this unacceptable customer service to the ACCC. After a month of delays, we were promised a $50 refund, which was then changed to a $37 credit. I am frustrated with the lack of resolution and wish to escalate this to a manager or director. I will now include a claim for my time and frustration in my ACCC complaint. I anticipate a prompt response within 24 hours, otherwise, I will pursue legal action.
