There seems to be an issue with the website. I have made a booking, but the system does not recognize my booking code, ticket number, or surname. I am requesting a payment receipt promptly. My concern is that on April 26th, prior to my flight, I may encounter difficulties printing my boarding pass. I require urgent assistance and believe the website should be reviewed and updated to accept bookings from any location. I purchased the ticket in the UK for [redacted] pounds. On February 19th, I made seat reservations for my wife, C. Trost, and my daughter, K., on the Munich-Charlotte flight. I paid 2x €75 for this. After completing this, I was offered an upgrade for each ticket for €[redacted]. I believe I should receive a refund of €[redacted], as the seat reservation became unnecessary with the upgrade. I've arranged a flight for someone, but I'm unable to check them in despite having all the necessary information. His passport number is 20CE88884, but the online check-in system is displaying it as "invalid." This is puzzling as he frequently utilizes this passport with no previous complications. How can this be resolved? The flight is scheduled for tomorrow morning from BP Liszt Ferenc Airport. I can supply more information if needed.

My recent flights from Israel to the US were cancelled twice, on 3/27 and 3/28/[redacted]. Rebooking was a frustrating and costly process due to $[redacted] in long-distance charges. Despite my COVID exposure, I was only offered a $[redacted] rebooking option. Ultimately, I had two layovers, spent over 24 hours traveling, and incurred $[redacted] in extra hotel fees. The United flight from London I eventually took was also delayed over 3 hours. This experience was both traumatic and expensive. I sought assistance from Lufthansa agents in Vienna and London to no avail. How can I obtain a refund that recognizes the difficulties and lack of accountability I experienced with Lufthansa?

I have a booking code 6WKOMO for Seat Reservation on Flight [redacted] from Frankfurt to Singapore. Initially charged $[redacted].40 AUD, I encountered a payment error. Upon retrying, multiple charges occurred on my Australian NAB Credit Card ending in [redacted] and another card, with only one successful charge to Deborah Davies. Kindly cancel all excess charges except the initial one.

I'm looking to fly from Larnaca, Cyprus to Beijing, China in June. I came across flights in the Economy Basic Plus, Economy Flex, and Premium Economy classes. Could you please advise me on the number of air miles required to upgrade to Business Class in each class and how I can proceed with that? Additionally, I'm interested in knowing how many air miles are needed to book a Business Class ticket from Larnaca to Beijing if I use air miles for the entire ticket cost. We had seat assignments that we paid for, but they were given to somebody else without notifying us. Our confirmation number is 3NWWZZ. We each have 20,[redacted] miles on our Mile&More account that could be used for better seating. (9[redacted] [redacted] [redacted] for Josip and 9[redacted] [redacted] [redacted] for Anica). We have been flying overseas with you for more than half a century, and we believe our loyalty should be respected. I booked a flight to SA with Lufthansa and am having trouble registering either through the website or the app. The website keeps showing an error message, and the app requires a service card number for login. I really need the app to function properly to check in and receive flight updates. I don't travel by plane frequently, so having a difficult time with this registration process is frustrating.

Despite attempting to pay for an extra bag with cash, the agent insisted on card payment only, and I was unable to find an open bank to acquire a credit card before my flight. I managed to register the bag last minute but was not provided with a receipt due to my boarding time. Although I confirmed with the boarding agent that both bags were registered, my luggage did not arrive in Tunis, and without a receipt, I am unable to track them. I need assistance with a flight booking issue. Two ladies were scheduled to fly from Jhbg to Copenhagen from July 6 to July 21 with an airline reference WKWOWJ through eDreams with reference number [redacted]9. Their names on the ticket do not match their passports, and Lufthanza refused to change them. The flight was canceled by an eDreams consultant, promising a refund to be processed back into the bank account within 48 hours. As of May 15, the refund has not been received. I booked a flight for my wife on 11/06/22 from Glasgow to Cebu, Philippines, leaving today on flight [LH961]. However, when we arrived at the airport to check in, my wife was told her name was not on the flight, and it departed without her at 12:45 PM. This caused a lot of distress, and she was put on an Emirates flight to Cebu after contacting Lufthansa. I had to leave as my taxi was waiting, and she went to try to check in herself. The situation was diabolical, and I was enraged to hear about it. Despite booking 11 months in advance, they said the flight was full. This was a disgrace, and I believe we should receive compensation, especially since my wife hasn't seen her family in 12 years and was looking forward to it. It was very distressing for her to be told the flight was leaving without her. If we don't receive compensation, I will seek legal advice. My wife's name is Adah Lapitan Sloan.

To Lufthansa Airlines Customer Service, We made bookings through United Airlines involving Lufthansa for our recent trip to Romania. Our family of three encountered seat discrepancies both ways, leading to much dissatisfaction. On the outbound journey, our pre-booked Economy Plus seats were unexpectedly changed, resulting in us being separated during the flight. Despite reassurances from United, we later found out that the seating chart had been altered without our knowledge. Returning from Bucharest, the situation worsened. Once again, our carefully selected seats were modified by Lufthansa without prior notice. This time, the airline staff were unhelpful, offering separate seats far from our original choices. Despite having paid for premium seats, we were asked to pay an additional fee for any upgrades, even though one of us is a long-time GOLD member. On the 17th of May, [redacted], I was a passenger on Skopje - Frankfurt flight LH [redacted], seated in 14D. The window seat next to me, presumably 14F, was occupied by a retired Lufthansa flight attendant whom I had a delightful conversation with. As our flight was delayed by nearly 2 hours, our group from the European Parliament risked missing our last connecting flight to Brussels. To our relief, the kind gentleman assisted us by providing advance information about the gate while on the bus to the airport. This gesture saved us time and stress. Unfortunately, due to the rush at the airport, I didn't get a chance to thank him properly. I understand that passenger privacy is crucial, but if there is any way to express my gratitude to him, I would be sincerely grateful. Thank you for your assistance and consideration. While in Yemen, I encountered travel challenges due to heavy rain, which caused me to miss my flight to Egypt. Despite attempting to rebook with Lufthansa, I ultimately had to secure a new flight with a different airline to reach my destination promptly. I have spoken with customer service and they advised me to reach out to cancel my Lufthansa booking (reference: OD4SH9) and request a refund. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances, I won't be able to make it to Egypt in time for the original flight.
