I took a Lyft and was charged over ***.** for a ** min ride. It was a surge but I was in a situation where I was stranded in the middle of an unknown city and needed a safe ride. I did not realize this ride was over ***.**. I have tried to contact Lyft to see if they can help me in anyway and they do not make it easy to get In touch. I am a young college student and can’t afford this charge. Looking for any assistances.
