For the past six months, I have encountered issues with my Lyft account. Although I can log in and view rides and fares, I am unable to book a ride. I added $50 in Lyft cash to my account, but I have not been able to utilize it for over six months. I received a message requesting to add a credit or debit card, but even after creating two new accounts, this issue persists. I would appreciate it if this matter could be escalated to address the block on my account. I either need to be able to use my account or receive a refund for the unused funds. I have been inconvenienced by the inability to use the service and the $50 sitting idle in my account. Although I have found alternative transportation methods, I am requesting a resolution for this ongoing problem.

On Monday, 7/08/22, I encountered an unsettling incident involving one of your aggressive drivers at a medical facility, specifically at the methadone clinic in New Britain, CT, at around 9:38 am. The driver of a dark SUV, who appeared to be Latino, was speeding in the parking lot, honking, cursing, and threatening other individuals. Despite almost hitting a patient and another car while reversing, the driver fled the scene without checking on anyone's safety. Fortunately, my friend captured everything on video, which may be necessary for legal action against the company and the driver. It's crucial for your company to conduct better background checks on your drivers, including verifying if they are licensed to carry firearms, as the driver in question made threats involving a gun. The idea of a driver with access to a gun behaving erratically is deeply concerning, particularly in the current climate in the USA. I regret having to address this issue, especially since it involves the safety of patients at a medical facility. The incident occurred on East Main St. in New Britain, CT, and I believe it is essential for your team to address this promptly.

The pickup was at 12:50 pm at [redacted] SW Erickson Ave, Beaverton, Oregon [redacted], going to Canyon Rd Chiropractic on Canyon Rd in Beaverton, OR [redacted], with arrival at 12:55 pm. I am willing to pay the $15 fee for the return of the phone.

I rode with Lyft on Friday, 8/5, from Fenway Park to 17 Marlboro Rd in Waltham, MA, with my friend Ed F. who booked the ride. The driver, Evenalie, drives a Nissan Altima. Unfortunately, I left my Samsung S21 Ultra phone in the backseat. Despite several attempts to contact her through the app, she only briefly responded when Ed called her from my phone. She confirmed finding my phone but has been unresponsive since. We agreed to meet on Saturday, but she didn't follow through. I offered to pick up the phone from her after work, but she didn't answer my calls or voicemails. I've been trying to reach her without any luck, even offering a cash reward and being flexible about the meeting place. I'm eager to have my phone back and have been tracking its location.

This morning, on 8-9-22, I scheduled a ride from College Park Train Station to my workplace at [redacted] Airport South Parkway, which is a ten-minute journey. The original fee was $13.92 for a pick-up within four minutes. However, upon reaching my destination and leaving the car, I received a notification thanking me for the ride with Leo and was additionally charged $13.92 by Lyft. I have screenshots of both transactions for reference.

My debit card was charged $19.75 this morning at around 7:36 am and $10.99 yesterday for rides I did not take. I frequently use Lyft and have never encountered any issues with the service until now. These unauthorized charges concern me, as I did not make these transactions. I am requesting a refund of the total amount, reimbursed to my debit card ending in [redacted] immediately. I value the convenience of Lyft and plan to continue using it, but I urgently need my funds returned. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you.

Every morning, I face difficulties booking a Lyft ride at 7:45. The app only allows me to select the "preferred" option, leading to repeated errors and ultimately forcing me into expensive $34+ rides I cannot afford. This issue occurs specifically in the mornings when I have to reach work by 9 AM. Previously, I could book rides without such constraints, and this doesn't happen on my way back home. Despite available rides, drivers have confirmed they face delays waiting for rides to be assigned. I believe Lyft's pricing practices in these situations might be unlawful. I am seeking a refund for these mandatory overpriced rides but struggle to reach customer service.

I was alerted by the app that the driver arrived, but he wasn't at the correct location, [redacted] Cantrell. He informed me he was on Sixth Street and would come to me after going off the map. During our conversation that lasted 2 to 3 minutes, two young ladies mistakenly got into the car. Despite my confusion, he decided to drop them off first. It was clear they had been drinking. The driver rerouted to drop them off at an apartment complex near 46th Street. The girls were loud, dancing, and one even removed her seatbelt without reprimand. The driver only apologized after they left. I feel my ride was compromised by their presence, as indicated by the rerouting. Can this incident be investigated? Good evening, I am contacting you regarding my travel charges. My name is Peter Jynnskog, and I traveled with Lyft on Thursday, 8/11/22, around 2 pm from the Hertz car rental agency to my house. Today, Friday, 8/12/22, around 5:40 am, I traveled from my house to work, and when I left work, I called a Lyft. I communicated with the driver via text, informed him of my location, but he canceled the ride and left. I question why I should pay $5.00 when he canceled the trip, not me. Later, I had to call another Lyft around 5:00 pm to take me from work to home. The driver was very good, and I gave them a $20.00 tip. In summary, I have taken only 3 trips with Lyft, but six charges of $21.89, $21.89, $23.85, $30.35, $5.00, and $22.61 are showing up on my Wells Fargo bank statement. I am inquiring about a refund for a ride I took this morning. The ride was scheduled for 5:00 AM, and I was indeed picked up at that time. I have screenshots and all relevant information. I initially set up the payment with my Vero card ending in [redacted], but it displayed an error of insufficient funds. Consequently, my boyfriend used his card, but upon checking my account, I noticed that both cards were charged for the same ride. Essentially, I was double charged for a single trip. I travel with a Service Dog and always specify this in the Driver's Notes in advance. Screening drivers who are not comfortable with a dog would be helpful. I have encountered multiple unwarranted fees in the past two days. I am requesting a full refund of all charges, particularly the additional fees. While I use your services frequently and have given positive feedback, the recent issues are concerning. I prefer resolving this matter directly with you rather than involving the ADA or the DOJ. I praise your service to everyone and wish to avoid any legal actions. I urge prompt communication within the next 24 hours to address these matters. I would like to report an issue with one of your drivers. I am currently stranded and have encountered a problem with the driver not following the correct address I inputted. This is the second time this has happened, where the driver's end does not match the address I provided, leading to confusion. The first time, I guided the driver to the correct location, but this time the driver took me to a different place without acknowledging the mistake. Even after showing him the correct address on my app, he insisted I pay more or change the address myself. Feeling uncomfortable, I requested to be taken to my job, but he refused to cooperate until I threatened to call the authorities. Eventually, I had to exit the car and demand he fulfill the correct drop-off. The situation escalated unnecessarily, with the driver mentioning involving the police, making me feel unsafe.

I am Janette M. The Lyft driver's name is Carlos. The ride was from Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood Airport to [redacted] NE 4th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL, [redacted]. I had a very disrespectful experience with the Lyft driver. Despite being at the correct pickup location, the driver was unhelpful and rude. He insisted I was in the wrong place, even though I was waiting at station 11. He threatened to leave and charge me if I didn't move, causing unnecessary stress. Upon finally getting into the car, he continued his disrespectful behavior by lecturing me. The ride ended with him mishandling my luggage, potentially causing damage. I request a reimbursement for this unpleasant experience.

On Monday, August 29, I ordered a lift for my husband, who has slight dementia. When the driver arrived, I asked if he was familiar with the destination area. However, the address he showed me was completely wrong. Concerned for my husband's safety, I expressed my worries to the driver, but he was very rude and unhelpful. He insisted that I needed to change the destination without offering assistance. Feeling unsettled, we decided to forgo the ride and requested an Uber instead. The driver's behavior was unsettling, considering the situation. I am upset by this experience and would appreciate a follow-up from the company regarding the insensitive and unprofessional conduct of the driver on that day at [redacted] Sheridan St., Hollywood, FL around 10:30 in the morning.

I have been using a ride-hailing service to commute to work daily at a consistent price. Recently, I had a driver who charged me significantly more than usual, totaling $94 for a short distance. I took a Lyft to work with a driver named Francis, a Hispanic male with tattoos on his arm who mentioned he lives in Orange County. This occurred on September 4th around 12:20 a.m. as I was headed to Walmart Supercenter in Temecula, CA for my overnight shift. Unfortunately, I left my phone in his back seat and realized it after he drove off. I am hoping for a kind gesture from him to return it. I have provided my job address at [redacted] Temecula Parkway, [redacted], my home address at [redacted] 51st, San Diego, CA [redacted], and an alternate address at [redacted] Old Sycamore Lane, Murrieta, CA [redacted]. If found, please return it to the customer service at my workplace, which opens at 6 a.m. and closes at 11 p.m. I am willing to compensate the driver for gas and extra for the return of my Moto G phone from Metro PCS. The phone is blue and contains all my important information. I truly hope for its safe return. The driver had a white car or minivan; unfortunately, I forgot the license plate number.

I believe I was overcharged during a recent Lyft ride to North Market Street in Inglewood, CA. I had to stop at the post office on the way, and when we continued, the driver seemed to be heading in the wrong direction until I corrected him. He mentioned that my destination address didn't match his GPS, so I adjusted it. The initial charge from Flight Ave. was $8 as expected, but after the post office stop, the total jumped to $24 for a trip that is typically around $8. This discrepancy has never happened in my previous rides, and I'm unsure why this one was so high.

I arranged a ride to Winn-Dixie on Curry Ford Road. The driver was unsure of the location, so I called and guided him where I was waiting. Unfortunately, he canceled, and now I am being charged $5.55. When I booked again, I surprisingly got the same driver. I had to guide him once more, and this time, he managed to reach me. I use your service daily and usually don't have issues with drivers, but this experience is not fair.
