I ordered a Lyft black, and expected to be picked up the Terminal I arrived at (Tom Bradley at LAX) the app then instructed me to walk to Terminal * … which is ** Min walk!!! That’s insane to have to pay double and then walk to get the it. It defeats the purpose of Black!!! **I could of by that reasoning got a regular Uber if I’d walked another * min. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’d like a refund! NOT a credit. A REDUND.
