Hi! I'm an employee at Home Depot and sold ** cases of your MSI Ola White *" x **" Glazed Ceramic Wall Tile (** sq ft*case) using the homedepot.com website. The order number is WD********. The website said the tile would be delivered to the store between June **-**th. However, when I printed the receipt, it changed to June **-**th. The customer (a contractor) was pretty upset there was a delay in the first place, but the now extended delay is going to cost him bazillions of dollars and he is just going to cancel the entire order unless we can expedite the shipment of these tiles. I called your phone number (***) ***-****, and left a message, but the voicemail does not instill any confidence that anyone will get back to me. Is there anyone there, or anyone anywhere in your company, who can manage to get this shipment expedited? I would be so appreciative of your help! I'm leaving my personal email here because I don't have a very official email address here, as it is shared by many. Or you could call me today at ***-***-****, the flooring dept is extension ***.
