There are fraudulant charges on my card, I put a freeze on my card and unfortunatly have to wait and call back when they are posted to get them removed. I need my current card disabled and replaced. I would really like to not have to waste anymore of my time on this. Can the fraud department please just start the process? I have already spoken with * different people and not one of them could give me correct information or the right phone numbers for the right departments. Overall I'm not impressed with the customerservice department. I need the charges removed from the account and depending on the way this is handled I will decide if I even want to keep the account.
GetHuman-dinaprot did not yet indicate what Merrick Bank should do to make this right.
