I am not sure what has happened but I have tried to make a payment twice now, once on May **th, after * or * days I got a notification that it was rejected, and I was charged a $** fee, I called about that and was told to try it again, so on June *nd I attempted to make another payment, and today on June *th, I received a notification that payment was also rejected at the time of these * attempts the money was in my bank, but some reason now there isn't enough money in my bank to attempt to make yet another payment. I have been corresponding with my bank Chime to find out what the issue is, and why I am missing money but they have no answers for me. Now I will be a month behind on my credit card payment, because I only get paid once a month and my income is only $***.**, I have never missed a payment or been late on a payment until I switched banks. Also the person I talked to last week told me that the $** fee would be removed, yet it hasn't. I will be able to catch up in July, but I am at a loss as to why this has happened and at this point I don't know what to do, because financially I cannot make a payment now until July *st.
