I left my Moto phone E4+ charging overnight, and the next morning, it won't turn on. I've tried pressing the volume and reboot buttons simultaneously, but it's still unresponsive. This issue has happened before, and previously, pressing those buttons worked, but this time, even after hours of charging and trying the button combination, it remains off. Most of my important data is on the phone, and I didn't back it up. I'm looking for a solution I can try at home to fix it without a factory reset, or recommendations on where to get it repaired. Thank you.

I recently purchased a Moto One 5g from Motorola, expecting an unlocked phone. However, after using an AT&T prepaid SIM card, AT&T has locked my device. Despite multiple attempts, AT&T has not provided an unlock code. I am disappointed by this situation as I relied on the phone being unlocked when making the purchase. I have contacted AT&T and submitted an unlock request with no success. I am now seeking a refund from Motorola due to the misrepresented unlocked status of the phone. I have included the device IMEI number and AT&T unlock request details for reference. If this issue is not resolved, I may escalate it by filing complaints with relevant authorities.

I purchased a Moto G Power to use with my US prepaid AT&T account while in Mexico. After installing a new AT&T SIM card, I tried to activate the phone online. AT&T confirmed the activation of the new phone with the SIM card but said the IMEI number was not valid. I used the IMEI number from the box: [redacted][redacted]. Despite multiple attempts, they have not accepted it. On my new Moto G, it shows the phone is activated but locked for roaming in Mexico. Despite several online tries to get the unlock pin code from AT&T, the system claims my name and phone number are incorrect, although I've confirmed they are correct. As I am currently without a phone, please reach out to me via email at [redacted] with the pin code to unlock the phone. I hope this resolves the issue. Hi.

My phone was working properly, but suddenly started showing a screen with reboot options that prevent it from turning on. It keeps looping back to the factory reset screen. We are unable to use the phone for calls or texts. Need help troubleshooting this Motorola device, as it was functioning fine before. The phone service it uses is Straight Talk. You can reach me at [redacted] or email at [redacted]

I believe my device has been compromised by a hacker who can monitor all my activities. This person seems to be using a method involving both keychain and a different type of Bluetooth to gain control of my device. LifeLock informed me that the hacker was able to make unauthorized purchases while disguising it as me playing a game. They have ordered various items totaling around four thousand dollars, including food, cat food, clothes, and other things. I am not knowledgeable about technology, but I trust that you could investigate and trace the numbers linked to these activities. The location of the hacker seems to keep changing, unlike mine, but I have been confined to the same bed for the past eight months due to my terminal illness. This new development is putting additional restrictions on me and further isolating me.

My Motorola Stylus has suddenly stopped receiving messages like texts, SMS, MMS, and chat notifications. I can send messages without any issue, but I am not receiving replies from all contacts. Some friends have expressed worry after not hearing back from me. I'm unsure if this is a software or hardware problem, or perhaps both. I only noticed the issue after friends reached out to check on me when they didn't receive a response.

I purchased a Moto G6 mobile two years ago. Recently, I encountered a charging problem and took it to the Moto service center in Rajahmundry. The service center staff immediately informed me that this charging issue is common with the Moto G6 and repairing it would only provide a temporary fix. I sought advice from other repair shops, and they confirmed the same prognosis. As a loyal customer of Moto, I am disappointed and unsure about what steps to take next. It is disheartening to see a reputed brand like Moto producing phones with recurring charging issues. I am reaching out for assistance in finding a permanent solution to this problem.

I have a Motorola Moto G Fast Android smartphone with data network from Cricket Wireless. Recently, I encountered severe network issues, but both Cricket and Motorola advised against buying a new SIM card. Currently, my phone displays a drawing on the homepage and is unresponsive. After reinserting the SD card for internal storage, it was not recognized. Using a new SIM card led to the same issue of not recognizing the SD card. Although the lost data was not crucial, my OneDrive information disappeared after inserting the new SIM card, and attempting to reinstall OneDrive showed a lack of memory. I am seeking ways to test my phone, SIM card, and SD card for corruption and to potentially recover any lost data. Any assistance on addressing this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am still facing issues with the call forwarding option, and I have become quite frustrated with the situation. This is now the third Motorola phone I have had in the past two years, and I am disappointed that certain features seem to disappear after updates, and the phones freeze unexpectedly. I am particularly dissatisfied that this current phone lacks a basic feature like call forwarding, which even my very first cell phone had. Additionally, this phone is not compatible with the same apps I had on my Moto Z4, which I really enjoyed before it suddenly froze one day. I am unsure if I want to invest more money in this brand. Moreover, Verizon's customer service is challenging to reach, and I have had similar issues with Google. Anyway, I am now stuck with a subpar mobile device. Have a good day.

One day after my supposed one-year warranty ended, my Moto G7 Power started overheating, leading to the battery swelling and damaging the case. Despite trying resets, the phone eventually discharged. Upon researching, I found numerous complaints online regarding this specific issue with the model. Despite being told otherwise, the insurance I purchased at MetroPCS did not cover it. Can something be done to address this situation? I am hoping for a replacement that functions properly.

I recently purchased what I thought was a Moto E7 unlocked from Wal-Mart but it turned out to be a Moto E ([redacted]). The phone started having issues with turning off and on, so Motorola suggested using their Rescue and Smart Assistant tool to fix it. However, running the tool seemed to have made the problem worse. I suspect that the Rescue program might have flashed the wrong image for a Moto E7 instead of a Moto E ([redacted]). Now, my phone is either not turning on at all or stuck in a boot loop, constantly restarting. Both the phone and battery are within warranty. I plan to return it to Motorola for a replacement since they advised me to use the program that caused the issue.

Hello, I own a two-year-old MG7550 modem, and it has been working without any issues. Recently, after changing accounts, I encountered a problem with the modem. Xfinity is suggesting that the motorola modem is the cause of the issue. I have attempted to contact customer service for three days now, but each time I end up spending hours on the phone without any resolution. To make matters worse, the service even disconnects the call on me. Getting assistance seems to be quite a hassle. Is there anyone who can provide me with support to resolve the problem with my modem?

My Moto G Play phone suddenly stopped providing mobile data service. The 4G symbol turned gray, appearing completely disabled. Despite restarting the phone multiple times and attempting to reconfigure the APN through the Motorola website's help page, the new settings did not save after pressing "Save" and mobile data remained disabled upon restart. I have unlimited service with AT&T and confirmed no outages in my area. I have not downloaded any new services recently. The internet was working fine until approximately 11:35pm on 9/22/[redacted]. I am eager to restore internet access.

The layout of keys on Android mobile phones can often feel inconvenient when typing, unlike the larger keys on typewriters and computers that prevent fingers from jumping to the next key accidentally. It would be beneficial if the keys on mobile devices were in a vertical oval shape for letters and a horizontal oval shape for the space bar to reduce jumping errors and improve typing comfort. I hope Motorola considers this idea, as they have been pioneers in the mobile phone industry. Sometimes, when trying to press the space bar, accidental touches to the switches underneath can lead to the entire typed message disappearing, causing frustration and fatigue. I have faith that Motorola will make necessary improvements to enhance user experience.

My phone seems to have been cloned or hacked, and without my consent, all my information is being transferred to a computer I don't own. Calls, messages, and verification codes are being intercepted by individuals who have unauthorized access to my phone. I purchased my phone and pay for the internet service, yet someone has linked my IMEI number to their computer, making it the primary recipient of my data. I urgently need assistance to remove these unauthorized users and secure a new IMEI number, ensuring that my phone is the sole recipient of my information.

My Motorola G has been severely hacked, and now they have accessed my laptop, doorbell camera, and TV. There are over 26,[redacted] files on my laptop, and the number keeps increasing. They have utilized my camera for photo processing, turned on the microphone, taken screenshots, recorded videos, and activated closed captioning to monitor my conversations. This intrusion extended to my online bank account, which was changed multiple times despite my attempts to secure it with the bank's help. I have since purchased a new phone but refrained from connecting it to Wi-Fi or transferring any data over. Despite starting fresh with new apps under a different identity, the hackers have managed to access the new phone within 24 hours. This has been a distressing experience, especially considering the financial implications of having to pay for two phones that I am unable to use due to these security breaches.

I was watching a video on YouTube when I encountered an issue - after pausing the video and resuming, I had no sound. This problem persisted when I tried another video. To troubleshoot, I rebooted my phone, but upon restarting, it got stuck before fully booting up. Despite holding the power button for a minute, nothing changed. After finally rebooting successfully, I found some icons on my home screen that I am unable to remove. I am using a Moto G Stylus [redacted] and would like assistance in resolving this issue.

I am seeking assistance with connecting my Motorola Moto G 5G Plus to my Windows 7 PC using a cable since the PC does not have Bluetooth functionality. This connection is essential for easily syncing, editing contacts, viewing and editing messages and pictures, and ensuring my contacts are also stored on the PC. Despite having Google backup, I find the current method of file transfer via USB and manually searching for contacts, messages, and synchronization on the PC to be cumbersome. My previous experience with Huawei devices allowed for easy installation of a PC program for such tasks, but I am unable to find a similar solution for my Moto G 5G Plus, which runs on Android version 11. Although I have installed Motorola Device Manager on the PC, it only checks for software updates without providing guidance on installing a Moto/PC program for seamless connectivity. I appreciate any assistance you can offer. Thank you, Nick.

I recently received a Motorola E phone from Spectrum Mobile, but it has become unusable. The phone turns on Talk Back, countdowns in the camera app, or restarts when I try to text. I contacted Motorola customer service to resolve the issue, but my call was dropped while I was on hold waiting for the department to reset my phone. As a result, I have switched back to using my old Motorola G6 for now.

My Motorola phone with Verizon service has a completely shattered screen that's flickering and making the digital screens slide around, becoming increasingly difficult to use by the minute. I've noticed it's still under warranty and that I'm eligible for a free replacement device, which I really need. I'd like to speak with someone over the phone. Please contact me at [redacted] as my Motorola phone is essentially unusable and sometimes makes calls on its own.
