Issue is still not resolved.It’s really disappointing experience.*SUB:- Request for New NOKIA Mobile Hand set as replacement to Manufacturing Defective Nokia cell phone Model :-NOKIA * PLUS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD WHEN APPROACHED ON ** TH JULY **** TO NOKIA CENTER @ JAYANAGAR *TH BLK**Ref:- (*)My(on behalf of me my Daughter Shruthi.s) first approach along with cell phone surrendered to Authorised Nokia service center on *th July *****(*) My phone purchased fromM*s Devi International ,Bangalore Tax invoice no.G***** dtd **th August **** Bill amount Rs *****.***(*)My Job sheet of surrendering the mobile set regarding service to your Authorised Nokia authorized service center at jayanagar *th block vide your job sheet no.******************** dated ***********(For kind attention of MrVarun Ray Soni,Center Manager)* Hi Support,*This is to bring to your kind considerations the following points and request you to settle the matter and kindly issue me a New Mobile Handset worth Rs******* plus accrued Interest for the injustice done to me from your Nokia company or Pay back Rs ******* plus applicable interest as per RBI instructions under consumer's rights as per law.*(*) I purchased your Manufacturing defective Hand mobile set unit Nokia * plus un knowingly from M*s Devi International shop at Bangalore for Rs *****.** vide reference no(*) as detailed above. *(*)later when I started using this mobile allways there were some technical issues like (a)The mobile was not charging properly and uncertainty charging was happening due to defective parts of unit &software issues.*(*) Many times visited your Nokia authorized centers they were telling the required parts stocks are not there once it comes I can deposit to the Nokia center for repairs for rectification but unfortunately the Nokia service center people as per promise did not call up me and even though visited many time no Fruitality I could achieve.*(*)So,Finally on behalf of me my daughter shruthi.s approached the above center on *th July **** and requested the authorities Mr Nandeesh,Manager of the center to solve the issue but again same answer was given by him and has told that it could take * months for getting the spares etc.. and never received the set on job sheet bcz we were well within the Warranty period several time approached the center they didn't take on records properly.*(*)Now I personally went to Nokia center on ********** pl refer to cited reference (*) and after struggle I could register and deposit the defective Mobile unit at your nokia center for replacement of New set or refund of "Amount plus interest "spent on the set by me Vide Job sheet referred above.*(*) Further it is learnt that your Company in respect of certain models of Nokia co. has accepted that the Technical issues are persistent and repairs can't be done and hence started issuing replacements for these Models including Nokia * plus, New mobile sets under Warranty period also for some after warranty period SWAP options under subsidized reduced payments giving if New sets ,so it is proved and Evident that it is the problem with the set Universally so it is the responsibility of you company to give new set or Return my amount plus interest to meet the ends of justice.* Hence in light of above it is proved that since I have approached well within warranty period the Nokia center on many days considering that kindly replace with new mobile set which is correct one at my selection&option because your majority if Nokia Models are defective or Return my amount with interest.* Kindly respond immediately my set is lying in your Nokia center only and your service center people said due to constraints of spares non avalilability problems, they are unable to repair and teliphonically spoken with you for New replacement.* *With regards*Shivakumar.C
