I have called ** times to get my old number ***-***-**** ported to my new account. Optimum gave me a new number (***-***-****), but they had promised me they would just port the old number and I would have no issues. I talked to someone at **:** this morning who swore that my issue was resolved and that ***-***-**** was now the only number on my account. Tried having someone call that number and it said "we cannot complete your call at this time." Tried calling out from home phone and it still comes up at the new number. Getting very frustrated, as this is the *th time I have been "promised" that the issue is resolved.
