I have been dealing with a banned account for over a year now, and I'm considering trying to restore it. The ban occurred because a friend was using my account and, during an argument, the account got signed out and banned. I am interested in recovering it to access certain trophies, games, and in-game purchases. I am willing to adhere strictly to the PSN guidelines going forward and not engage in game sharing or any violations. Is there a way to pay to reinstate the account or go through a process to have it unbanned?

Hello, I recently purchased FIFA21 for £40, but I encountered an issue where I was kicked out of the game. Following this, I reached out to EA Help for assistance as prompted. However, it has been 72 hours since I was informed I would receive an email within that time frame, and I haven't received any communication yet. The situation worsened as I discovered I have been banned from Ultimate Team. If this ban is indeed unjust, I am requesting a refund of my money as I find it unfair to be penalized after spending £40 on the game. I hope for a resolution or a refund if the ban is not lifted promptly.

I have noticed a recurring annual charge of $65.63 on my credit card statement, and I suspect it is from a PlayStation subscription that my children no longer use. I would like to cancel this subscription. The account should be under the name LASCH, possibly under Eugene or Donna, or it could belong to my kids - James or Adam. The charge appears on my Chase Freedom card ending in [redacted], with the last transaction dated on 21 October [redacted]. If you need to reach me, please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you, Eugene Lasch.

My account was hacked, thankfully they didn't get my credit card information. Unfortunately, I can't access my account as I don't have any linked devices or phone number. I really need to speak to a PlayStation representative, but I can't get through over the phone due to high call volume. I have all the necessary proof to verify my ownership of the account, I just need assistance in removing the 2-step verification.

I lost access to my email yesterday when I had to factory reset my device. This email is linked to my PlayStation account, and I can't reset the password because I also lost access to the recovery email. The recovery email is the same one I can't access. Although I set up a phone number as an option for recovery, that number is no longer in use. I need to get in touch with PlayStation Support to resolve this issue.

I recently changed my password on my PSN account and now I am unexpectedly facing an issue with 2SV, even though I had disabled that feature before. My home Wi-Fi was down around September 20th, and it was finally restored on November 11th. During this offline period, I changed my password and reported another user for sending inappropriate content, resulting in their account being taken down for violating community rules (Report #[redacted]2). I am unable to bypass 2SV since none of my devices are currently logged into my PSN account. My account name is DarthOverSeer with the nickname Darth Nexus, and my email is [redacted] I do not have any one-time backup codes as I did not enable 2SV on my account. In the past, a live representative helped me disable 2SV, but now I am unable to log in as 2SV keeps prompting for a code on a device I no longer have access to. I am hoping for a solution, perhaps receiving the code through email, for situations where users cannot access the device linked for 2SV.

My son mistakenly purchased a game and a membership he was not supposed to. He bought the new Spider-Man game and a three-month subscription that wasn't intended. I am looking for a way to get a refund for these purchases as it was an error on his part. The purchases were made on 11/3/[redacted] at 8:43 p.m. My user ID is Ric305420.

I noticed a charge of $64.94 from SEI PlayStation on my bank account. We no longer own a PlayStation. Sadly, my husband passed away in a motorcycle accident in March, and we had to sell everything to secure a place to live. We suspect the charge might be an auto-refill on my son's account. Since we no longer have a console, we are unsure why this charge occurred. I kindly request a refund for this amount. I have been attempting to contact the company since the charge was made, but have been unsuccessful. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

My home WiFi was down a few days before September 20, and I managed to get it back online on November 11, [redacted]. I received a troubling message from another user, prompting me to report them to Sony for attempting to redirect me to a pornographic site through a link in the message. Following my report (#[redacted]2), I changed my password as a precaution due to the downtime. Subsequently, I encountered the 2SV screen, despite not having enabled two-step verification on my devices except my tablet for PS Video. Despite facing a similar issue in the past, I engaged with a representative from Sony via live chat, who disabled 2SV on their end, allowing me to access my account and turn off the feature. Reiterating my loyalty through purchases of anime, games, and game DLCs on my PSN account "DarthOverSeer," I hope to resolve the recurring 2SV activation without resorting to creating a new account.

I attempted to create family accounts on the PS network for my children using additional email accounts. However, when trying to validate the accounts on our Playstation 4, two out of the three email addresses used received permanent bans without any explanation. I am seeking assistance from Sony to address this issue promptly so that my children can enjoy their new console this holiday season. Thank you.

I was banned for calling someone "trash," which I now know is against the rules. The other player called me "trash" in a game, so I texted back since I don't use a mic. I got banned for my response. If I cannot be unbanned, could you please consider banning the player who reported me? I had no idea this was a violation as I have been a Sony customer for years without any bans.

I recently got an email from PlayStation saying my email and password were changed without my knowledge. I can no longer access my account and suspect it was hacked. My PlayStation email is [redacted], and my ID is toxic_chadow_. Any help would be appreciated.

I continue to receive unauthorized charges on my debit card from the PlayStation Network. Every time I attempt to contact their customer service, it's closed. I have all the charges documented on my phone. My bank advised me to try to resolve this directly before they launch an investigation. I recently noticed a charge at 9:03 for $7.99. I am looking for assistance to address this issue promptly. Please contact me or respond via email as soon as possible. Thank you.

A few months ago, I contacted PlayStation because a gift card wasn't applying to my account. They mentioned an issue with the email linked to the account not being that of a legal adult, as it was my brother's, who is now 19. They requested his ID, which he provided. They assured me my account would be restored in 1-2 weeks, but it has been four months, and I am still locked out. Could you please lift the suspension on my account as promised?

Each time I attempt to access my PlayStation Network account, I am prompted to input a verification code from an authenticator app. I do not recall setting up an authenticator app, which leaves me unable to enter a code and access my account. Since I am not logged in on any other devices to retrieve the code or disable the two-step verification, I am seeking assistance to bypass this step or deactivate it. Any help provided would be greatly valued. Login ID: Tre_day2k11

The games developed by Activision have caused my account to be compromised, resulting in the loss of all progress and playtime in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Cold War. Due to this unfortunate hacking incident, I am requesting a refund for both games as I have invested a significant amount of time into them, which is now lost. Unfortunately, the company cannot guarantee the recovery of the hours spent playing these games. As a result, I have no evidence of my gameplay aside from my own memory. I hope to make better use of my PS5 when new games are released next year; otherwise, I may consider purchasing an Xbox to enjoy their exclusive titles.

My son's account was hacked, and unauthorized purchases were made. The bank has frozen the account after the fourth attempted transaction. The hacker has altered the login details, leaving my son unable to regain access. Despite multiple unsuccessful sign-in attempts, we are unable to recover the account due to the changed email address. Contacting PlayStation for assistance has proven fruitless. The bank is now involved in disputing the charges since direct communication with PlayStation was unattainable.

I attempted to log in to my PSN account but accidentally entered the wrong password three times. I then utilized the "forgot my password" option, and a reset email was sent to my GMX account under [redacted] However, I encountered a dilemma as I couldn't log in to my email account either, despite being confident in my password. This situation has left me feeling frustrated as I typically store my passwords on my tablet but failed to do so in this instance. I am wondering if it is possible to update the email address associated with my PSN account.

I've lost access to my Epic account in Fortnite. I'm concerned about the security of my PSN account as the hacker seems determined to compromise any online accounts I have. The hacker has been persistent in their attempts and unfortunately succeeded. I've reached out to Epic for assistance with this matter. I plan to contact them again when the helpline reopens but for now, please feel free to contact me via email.

I've been attempting to sign into PlayStation Network lately, but I can't recall my password. Unfortunately, I've requested the password reset link multiple times, and the only way to verify my account is through my date of birth, which I can't remember. Could you please assist in resetting my password as I'm currently only able to access games on disk and Hulu?
