Dear Sony, My name is Noël Jacobs. I purchased a PlayStation 5 in full at Game Mania on November 19th, paying [redacted]€ with an additional 50€ upfront for the pre-order. The salesman assured me it would arrive at my home address by the end of April due to the pandemic, but it never did. I am very upset as the store refused to refund me when I returned. The police also didn't assist, citing my responsibility for paying upfront. I believe companies in Belgium are unfairly profiting by buying and reselling PS5 systems, making it impossible for regular customers to acquire one. I demand either the console I paid for or a refund promptly. I am frustrated, feeling overlooked and left with no other options. I was unfairly banned by a biased Streamer who wrongly accused me of hacking and reported me to PlayStation, resulting in an instant ban. It's been about a year, and I really miss connecting with my old friends and finding those I used to chat with regularly. I've been trying to learn Coding to create a game without the need for in-game purchases, except for PvP gear, but self-teaching is challenging. I have friends who can help, especially on Fallout 76 and Fortnite STW, where PlayStation's Party system doesn't work. I hope PlayStation support will provide me with clear assistance this time so I don't get cut off abruptly again.

My PlayStation account was hacked. I contacted customer support, and they assisted me in updating necessary information. However, shortly after ending the call and attempting to set up 2-step verification, my login ID was changed again. Upon reaching out to support once more, I was informed that they couldn't make further adjustments to my account due to security concerns. It's been 4 days now, and they continue to cite security reasons for not being able to help me regain access to over [redacted] games and DLC linked to my account. I will persist in contacting them until I am able to recover my account and the items that were taken.

I encountered an issue with the PlayStation live chat not functioning, and unfortunately, I couldn't find an alternative way to reach out to support. I had previously served a 7-day ban, which I initially attributed to a prank from my friends, and I was under the impression that I would be unbanned last night. However, upon waking up, I was dismayed to discover that my ban had not been lifted. While playing the online video game ARK: Survival Evolved with my friends, we encountered a player on the server who was using racial slurs and making threats. In response, I decided to trap him in a "cage" in-game as a form of retaliation. Despite his toxic behavior, he reported me for racism, resulting in my account suspension. I haven't used my PlayStation in a long time due to life circumstances. Recently, I tried to set it up at my new place with internet, but I couldn't log in. I had to reset my password and then got stuck with Two Factor Authentication, which I never set up. After checking my emails, I found notifications about suspicious activity on my account from another country, including the setup of 2FA. I tried contacting PlayStation support but had no luck resolving the issue. I'm hoping to remove the current 2FA on my account to regain access and secure it. If that's not possible, I want the account permanently closed to prevent further breaches. Although I don't use my PS4 frequently, I'd appreciate a quick resolution to this problem.

On April 5, [redacted], I placed a pre-order for the video game Rust, and my checking account was debited $64.79 by Playstation for this purchase. Surprisingly, on April 15th, they charged my account the same amount again, which I did not authorize. Despite my efforts to contact Playstation about this unauthorized charge, I was unable to resolve the issue due to the lack of phone support. Consequently, on April 16th, I had my bank dispute the duplicate charge. However, this led to Playstation suspending my account, and on April 30th, they informed me of the suspension. I submitted a reinstatement request, including a detailed explanation of the events, and was given a case number with the promise of a response within 1-3 business days. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from them yet, and I am doubtful about receiving a prompt resolution. I am seeking assistance here because of your favorable reviews, although I remain cautious about any hidden fees. My main goal is to understand the reason for the charge or to have it refunded if it was indeed a duplicate charge for the original pre-order of the game.

Hello, my PlayStation 4 account was banned. The first suspension was my mistake as I engaged with a random person who started messaging me. Upon being unsuspended, I played GTA 5; however, my account got suspended again unjustly while playing without a microphone or engaging in any communication. Then, unexpectedly, I woke up to find my account banned. I suspect someone may have tampered with my account to cause the ban, as I did nothing wrong. I am unsure if someone accessed my password. I currently have a 3-month PS Plus membership that expires today. I was planning to extend it for a year, but I keep encountering an error message after confirming the purchase. I've disabled auto-renewal and have been attempting to extend it for 2 days now without success. Today (5-9-[redacted]) is the last day of my 3-month membership, and I urgently need to extend it for a year before it expires. I had sent my PlayStation to Sony for repair, and when it was returned, all my data was wiped, including games like Battlefront 2 and Grand Theft Auto V I had purchased from the PlayStation store. These games are no longer in my library. I'm hoping Sony can provide a code to redownload them or offer PlayStation store credit so I can repurchase them. Hello! I have been experiencing issues with the analog stick response curve on my PS4 account for the past five days. The response curve is much stiffer than usual, affecting my gaming experience in games like Apex Legends, Titanfall 2, and Battlefront 2. I have tried using the same controller and settings on a different account, and the difference is noticeable. Despite reaching out to EA Live Support and Respawn Entertainment for help, I have not found a solution yet. I have tried reinstalling everything, resetting my EA and PSN accounts, but nothing has made a difference. Recently, my Playstation account "bicxr" was wrongfully permanently banned. On March 13th, [redacted], I received a 30-day suspension for alleged hate speech. I have not received any evidence to support this claim. Following the suspension, I was extra cautious to adhere to Playstation's Terms of Service to avoid further penalties. Despite facing vulgar language from other players, I ensured my responses complied with the terms. I have invested thousands of dollars in Playstation Network over three years, and being locked out is unjust. I plan to seek legal counsel in Maryland to address this issue.

My son was playing online when he went to the bathroom. When he returned, his account was gone. A message from someone demanded payment to return the account. Today, another threatening message was received, asking for $[redacted] or they will call the police. This is not acceptable. My son's first account was banned by Sony for a similar issue. We have spent a lot of money on the PlayStore. What can be done about this? Is this how Sony protects their customers? Xbox does not seem to have these problems. My son just wants his account back. How can such a big console company have security vulnerabilities like this? We have had this account for 3 years.
