My PlayStation will not connect to the internet. I’ve restarted and reset and powered off my PlayStation all morning. I’ve tested my internet connection and it fails but when I see my internet status it says connected and signal strength is ***%. My cousin has an app for our Wi-Fi and she can see the status of each device and my PlayStation says it’s connected with no issues. I haven’t got it wet and it doesn’t overheat. There’s no dust on it anymore either. I have no idea what’s going on. Every other device is connected just fine. Please help.
