My name is Andrew Cuebas. So, for this entire semester I’ve been in Pennsylvania Philadelphia, studying in Temple University. I left my PS* back in Puerto Rico at my parent’s house and they don’t use it. And today I got news that my account was suspended for chargebacks. How is this even possible? There’s no money in the account, no credit card or any card information, and I haven’t used it for quite some time. I don’t know the details of the suspension or how it works.
