I was invited by a member named mnq19 to his home where he cooked dinner and we had drinks. Following more than half a bottle of vodka, he insisted on watching a movie in his room, leading to an assault when he tried to have non-consensual sex. Trying to leave, he blocked my way and physically restrained me until a police intervention resulted in him pushing me down the stairs and into some hedges outside. Police took our statements and retrieved my belongings from the house. Diego Alberto Rodriguez, known as mnq19, has a criminal history with numerous arrests for assault and battery, wearing an ankle monitor. This dangerous individual should be removed from this platform. The incident left me with serious back injuries requiring medical attention from two doctors and a physical therapist.

I urgently need help with an incident that occurred on June 18, [redacted], on the Plenty of Fish app. I suspect someone is using my photo on a pornographic site. I accidentally deleted messages while trying to block the person who sent them. The user André22 shared their phone number, [redacted], for the first time, along with concerning messages including links to explicit content. I fear he may have used my photo for nefarious purposes. Despite my efforts to report and block him, his messages were deleted, but I managed to take screenshots. I am worried about whether he targeted me specifically or if other young-looking women are facing similar issues. Any insights or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My account was recently hacked, and my username and email were changed today on June 24, [redacted]. Old email: [redacted] Online name: curiosity New username: Averyqt01 I recently received an email confirming my username was updated to Averyqt01 on Thursday, June 24, [redacted], at 7:40:12 AM. I did not make this change, and I suspect my account has been compromised. The email advised me to reset my password if my account is compromised, and I am unable to change it, suggesting I visit the help center. Given my recent experiences encountering scammers and hackers on the site within just one week, I would like my account to be deleted, and I am requesting a refund for any payments made during this time.

Hello, I reported someone on POF as I suspect they are using a celebrity photo as their own. Despite their claims, I am unsure of their authenticity. When I tried to communicate through WhatsApp, the voice calls did not connect properly. The individual provided various documents to prove their identity, but I remain skeptical. Dealing with scammers on dating sites like POF is frustrating. Being a non-paying member, I question the value of upgrading to a paid subscription for similar outcomes. I wonder if contacting the actual celebrity to verify the person's identity is a valid option. It's disheartening to encounter such deceitful behavior while seeking genuine connections.

I am James W., and I signed up for Plenty of Fish a month ago, agreeing to only two payments - the initial one and a renewal months ago. Despite this, payments of $24.99 have been deducted from my account regularly, with the latest one on 6/24/21 by PLENTYOFFISH MEDIA LLC. I do not have many friends, but the one I have is a lawyer. After reviewing everything, she has found that since I did not sign up for a yearly membership, you are violating our agreement by continually deducting these fees monthly. I am requesting reimbursement of all deductions, except the two I agreed to, from my card. If not, my lawyer will proceed with legal action pro bono on my behalf. I expect a response within 72 hours and demand that no further funds be withdrawn from my account. Your shady business practices prey on lonely singles looking for companionship, and it is unacceptable. I am disappointed in your lack of integrity and expect a resolution promptly.

I'm not accustomed to spending over an hour writing to new individuals. I recently shared something heartfelt with a user in a similar situation, but I received a "message was sent" notification without the message appearing in my sent folder. This has happened more than once when sending follow-up notes. Additionally, I'm not receiving notifications about messages or likes, making it challenging to connect with others. I'm concerned I might be blocked or that my messages aren't reaching others. It's frustrating not being able to see messages from others as well. I value privacy and only intended to offer support to someone going through a similar experience. I hope this issue can be resolved so my messages are sent correctly, and I can receive email notifications as before. I will stick to positive and neutral topics in the future. I was on Plenty of Fish for just two days when I encountered someone named Michael Mancuso. I typically don't share my photo due to safety concerns. However, after exchanging messages, I received an inappropriate image from him. This unsettling experience led me to research further and I discovered his real name to be Mitchell Mancuso, with a prior record. I believe actions need to be taken to protect users from such predators. I have already informed the authorities and wanted to bring this to your attention to ensure his account is removed promptly for the safety of others on the platform. Thank you.

I do not make any purchases on Plenty of Fish. I do not use the platform to find dates as my girlfriend might disapprove. My only activity on there is to check on a friend facing abuse from her partner, so I am confused why I am being charged $29.99 monthly. I do not use any of the paid features, and I believe chatting was free in the past. I have already canceled this subscription, yet I am still being billed. Moreover, I cannot locate the link to access the account on my device. Could it be possible that I forgot to cancel a previous account that is still being charged? I am extremely frustrated with this situation, which is why I avoid paying for Plenty of Fish.

While I admit to trying to access their account once before, I believe that victims should not be penalized for such actions. I have always abided by the guidelines since joining the site. I find it unjust that the account deletion occurred without informing me of the exact reasons. The situation came to my attention when he confessed to accessing my account without permission, expressing his disturbing intentions. Chris, a 55-year-old custodian employed in a military building, seems to have crossed legal boundaries. I have reported finding a 12-year-old girl's belongings in his possession to the authorities, seeking protection, but no action has been taken so far. I urge for an investigation into his actions to ensure the safety of others.

Someone has obtained my cell number, which was not listed on my profile, and proceeded to send me lewd pictures and texts. When I confronted him, he accused me of being racist because of his race. He then sent me a picture of himself, revealing his identity. I am puzzled as to how he got my number since I never shared it with him. Following this, he continued to harass me from various numbers. The situation escalated when he created a fake profile with my first and last name, which I did not provide, containing false information about me. He threatened to report my profile, resulting in my inability to respond or send messages on the app. Despite not disclosing my phone number or last name on the app, he still managed to cause disruptions.

I am experiencing an issue with my two POF accounts. One of my accounts appears to have been hacked or merged with another user, as I can see their conversations and my photos have been replaced. The account got locked the next day. My other account now seems frozen, I am unable to send or receive messages. I contacted POF support a week ago, but have not received any response yet. This is becoming quite frustrating as both my accounts are now inaccessible. I am contemplating creating a new account with a different email, but I am concerned that it might face the same issues.

I have a premium account with POF. Initially, it worked smoothly for about 10 to 12 days. However, when I attempted to log in, I repeatedly received an error message stating, "Username and/or email does not match password. Try again." Despite trying to manually enter the credentials, using autofill, and changing the password, the issue persisted. I contacted POF customer support and despite their attempts to assist me, the problem remains unresolved. They created a ticket for my issue, but it has been two weeks without any updates. I am still unable to access my account. I am hopeful they will resolve this issue promptly rather than opting for a refund, although if a fix is not possible, I would appreciate a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.

I need help reactivating my account as I am confused about my username and password. I believe my username was Likesalot1234 and my password was [redacted], but I may have just created a new one, "ustmovedhere," with the password ZXCVbnm123. I have tried to update my phone number to [redacted] while in Florida, but now I am in Canada with the number [redacted]. I attempted to change the number on the site but never received the verification call. I will head back to Florida in mid-October and would like to update my address and continue using POF. I contacted the support number for Plenty of Fish online and spoke to a representative from India. The call had a poor connection, and they requested my Zelle information, claiming someone was hacking my account from North Carolina. The representative's behavior was rude, especially when I mentioned canceling my cards. I've encountered two individuals in the past month who turned out to be malicious, one from a kick app and the other from sharing my phone number. Dealing with numerous catfishing incidents, I reported around 20 men in three months. I want to deactivate my account, have everything blocked, and avoid any further subscription fees. I require assistance.

My account was hacked within the first week of creating it on POF. I believe POF should consider shutting down its services as it seems to be one of the worst apps available. This has never happened to me before, and now, thanks to POF, I have wasted a considerable amount of time and experienced trauma. The account username, password, and even the email associated with it have been changed without my permission. I keep receiving notifications about interactions happening on the account, which is very distressing. I received an email from POF notifying me that my email and username were altered to Katie something. It's extremely upsetting to witness how easily an account can be hacked in this day and age, and frustratingly, there seems to be no 24-hour support line available for assistance from POF.

I reached out to this support center four times last night, but I only received instructions to reset my password which are not working. I'm getting really frustrated and this situation is causing me a lot of stress. Even attempting to create new accounts with different usernames and passwords leads to the same issue - it says they don't match. I'm concerned if my account has been compromised. I really need access to my "bellbelly" account. I kindly request that this matter be resolved as soon as possible.
