Porter ruined my daughter's curling iron that she received this past Christmas valued at $*** plus tax. When she filled out the damages form her answer back was that they do not replace damaged items. This is the third thing of hers they have ruined in under one year for a total of $***! This is unacceptable and we will have to contact Ombudsman or the Better Business Bureau for help with this

My daughter flew Porter yesterday from Timmins to Billy Bishop to Ottawa. When she returned home and unpacked she found her $*** curling iron (a gift from Grandparents) broken in half! She is very careful how she packs. This IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I expect that she will promptly be reimbursed for this loss so she can replace it. Her name is Abbey Harvey. I look forward to hearing from you immediately to resolve this. *This is the third problem she has had with her belongings this year with Porter!**Marjorie Harvey
