My husband booked a flight to Toronto from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario yesterday. The flight was *** leaving SSM at *:** am Friday and returning the same day at *:**. The returning flight * is ***. His name is Eli Vuksanovich. We paid by credit card. He was traveling to Toronto to see his dying brother at the hospital. Unfortunately we found out this morning he brother had passed away. He would like to cancel his reservation for December *, **** and receive full reimbursement of the $***.** he paid by credit card. *Thank you.
